I also thought it had stopped but it says don't shut it down or close it, so I waited and waited --- about 3 hours!!! In the end it works great and all of my favorites were saved and all documents from MS Office. I have had no problems. I like the keyboard with the numeric pad and the feel of the keys. Everything is fast.

We were a little wary of the item since it played only FM stations, and not AM. However, with the Bluetooth, it's so much better than our prior one. Very happy with it!! Plays music etc right from our phone.
