Sound was good for the price and it worked like advertised. I even was able to connect it to my Amazon Echo. The only negative is the usb mini charging port broke. It only lasted 1 season. Won't buy it again.

We bought this speaker for our Florida trip, charged it overnight, and then packed it for the trip. Got it out to use on the beach, took forever to connect to our phone via blue-tooth, played about 5 seconds of a song, and died. I thought maybe it was just from sitting after the initial charge. So we charged it fully again and it did the same thing. Absolute and total disappointment. We had no music on the beach and this piece of garbage to transport around. Will be returning the speaker for a refund.
