||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 from Best Buy picked up today today, one ok other one can't charge at all, and a lot of static while listening to only way with charger plugged in, it's suppose to charge within 2 hours tried for 4 hours when two didn't work, charging indicator light won't even come on like the one that work when it's plugged in it works charging and light indicator comes on, might have to return both instead of just one though cause for some reason bluetooth keep disconnecting by it's self making me reconnect!!!!!! Not good at all!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would show that it connected to the device we wanted, but no sound would come out of the speaker. We tried multiple devices, followed directions, and also YouTube’d to try to figure it out. My son throw the box away or I would have returned this product.
