    It’s cute but I had to keep reconnecting the WiFi to it couldn’t hear anything when you talk to it it’s to expensive to have to keep reconnecting to the WiFi every 5-10 minutes

    Looked like a good idea but no good.

    Returning both sets purchased. These were Christmas presents to our children’s families. One unit never would download after several attempts. The other download but would repeat one story over again. Going back to store.

    Cool idea, Terrible execution

    It uses a spinning fan to create the illusion, the image is not as clear as reviews made it seem. The characters would “talk” with no audio. It was the only device in the house that couldn’t keep a connection to the WiFi. The system is so slow I thought it may have gotten stuck since it did actually get stuck and I had to reset it multiple times. The idea is cool but it just wasn’t done right.

    Worst Toy of the Year

    Worst toy of the year, by far. Difficult setup, connection issues, horrible app pages not scrollable so action buttons are hidden beneath keyboard or barley visible on page, toy will not understand you unless you are directly in-front of it. And even then, is clueless. The hologram display is really nice to look at - but that is it.

    Disapointment is an understatement

    I’m very tech-savvy and tested this device on two separate internet providers (Spectrum mesh and AT&T Fiber). Despite a successful Wi-Fi association, the device repeatedly fails to complete setup or maintain an internet connection. Returning both units. At $200, we should plug in, connect, and be delighted. That did not happen. Thank God this wasn't the only Christmas present.

    Worked for 1st 15 min of setting up amd my son playing with it. He was bored with it in less than 10 min id say. It couldnt tell me the temperature outside either. Failed at several simple questions. Glitchy when speaking amd overall rather creepy tone of voice tbh. When tried to use a 2nd time it was no longer functioning . Only audio the character wouldnt form in the globe. Tried troubleshooting to no avail. Son was very upset as this was his SPECIAL gift from santa and im a single father with custody of my son. Im very disappointed overall and feel like i let my son down this year for xmas.

    This product is rhe worst thing I’ve ever purchased. Bought as Christmas gift for my nieces and two days in it still isnt working. Each uodate says 20 minutes to 60 minutes but the reality is there is no way to track update progress and no way to use the device while updating. BestBuy must have not tested this product because the reviews all basically say the same thing…total waste of money. Great concept, horrible execution. BestBuy should proacticely offer something to compensate all the parents who bought this gift for christmas only for it to fail to work and shatter the joy of the kids who received it.

    Do not waste your time. Product is not completed

    Although promising, the materials are cheap and feel like something that cost 50 bucks to put together. The Wi-Fi won't connect anywhere near a router, and it keeps disconnecting. The AI sucks. My daughter was trying to speak to this and its comprehension level. Plus, the connectivity issue took up most of 4 hours to just try to get it to work. Not worth 50 bucks, let alone the 200. Save your money.

    While Christmas setup was a pain, my kid loves it

    Like others, the volume of new devices on Christmas made set up impossible. Being a gamer for near 40 years, I'm used to setting consoles up a few days before Christmas due to high traffic affecting function. With AI a constant Internet connection is needed for this. While frustrating, once setup my child plays with it through the day. The AI is not perfect (surprise!) and the voice recognition could be a little more sensitive but once setup it became her favorite gift this Christmas despite being a last minute "on sale" buy

    Bought this for a friend’s 7 year old, and he really loves it. He was hooked from the moment we set it up, asking questions, enjoying the storytelling, and playing the guessing games. I can see it is a great way for him to feel more confident speaking out loud, and it keeps him entertained. Like others have said, it requires setting up through the app and depends quite a bit on the speed of the WiFi. But overall, we’ve had a good experience with it, and I might buy another one for my cousin’s child for Christmas.

    I thought that this would be an interactive AI toy for kids, and for the amount of money i thought it would be really nice. It is not a smart toy. An Alexa has way more functions, games, and music. The toy could not hear us 8 out of 10 times. It wouldn’t connect to the internet 9 out of 10 rimes. It is not reliablely functional. It doesn’t even complete its basic functions because it can’t hear and jt can’t connect to the internet. I am returning this.

    I bought this as a fun interactive device and it definitely has a “cool factor” right out of the box. The holographic-style visuals are engaging, and it works best when the room lighting and setup are right. What I liked most was how it can hold attention longer than a basic toy, especially for kids who enjoy interactive tech. The biggest downside is that it’s more of a novelty device than something you’ll use every day, but it’s still a fun purchase.

    Skip Purchasing - Not Ready for Consumer Use

    Great idea, poor execution. The imagix crystal ball is simply not ready to be released. I think the company rushed it out to maximize sales during Christmas. It is too buggy to be worth $200. Even if it was working flawlessly, fair price should be around $120, given the overall quality (speaker, hologram, and cheap plastic components).

    This item did not pick up my kiddos voice and would not answer back and then it would say it was connected to WiFi and then send errors and messages saying it was not connected and then when you look in the app it still says that it is
