What ever you’re paying Everette Spencer, he deserves a raise. He recommended a good sound system for my car. He did a clean, professional instillation and tuned it just right! Everette made sure I knew how to navigate the screen and did a follow-up call a few days later to make sure I was happy with my sound system. I have some add-ons I want to include like a back-up camera, etc etc. Everette’s my go to guy.

Booking an appointment was very simple. And installation was just as wonderful. Only problem I have is my skip forward and backward buttons don’t work on my steering wheel, even after purchasing the recommended button replacement part. But overall great service

Staff knew my vehicles & correctly installed my Pioneer head units. One of them had intermittent power issues but the Geek team quickly resolved the problem. After 2 years the installation & system have performed flawlessly. I also had a recent battery replacement on my iPhone 13. My phone is back to normal. Thank you Best Buy!

We were first to arrive for the day. Took about 2 hrs to install stereo in 2006 Tahoe, was quoted 1 hour by salesman. Didn’t receive any instruction by staff - but I guess they’re only Installers. Staff were very pleasant.

The guy that works at BB in HURST Tx is fantastic. He knows his stuff and he hooked me up in more ways than one. 1st I bought a Sony head unit but I didn't like the brightness, so I brought it back to him and asked for his suggestion. He suggested a JVC head unit and that unit was over $60 more than the other and he gave it to me anyway. As a direct swap out. I have gone to him about issues with my amp and he has helped me with that too.

The installation techs did a great and clean job installing my stereo receiver and they were very cooperative when getting an installation appointment.

The installation was excellent, but I had some issues with how they did it without calling me for my opinion. The store gave me an install time, but when I arrived, the store was closed, and no one updated me on the install time. Even the app and the text about my upcoming had the same time, but the store was close. BEST BUY, YOU HAVE TO WORK ON YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH CURRENTS.

I was told by mgr that he would cover my up grade because the 1st radio they gave the wire didn’t come in box an I waited 30day then when installed The radio he back out the installers told he said it he told me to wait an every came back still waiting

The installation process was great! The tech explained things and even told me that they didn't need some of the parts that had to be ordered just in case and so I would get a refund. He even had the refund reciept ready for me. The installation didn't take as long as I thought it would either. They were v3ry nice as well as quick and efficient! The whole experience was great!

Had my Pioneer radio installed in my car by Best Buy. It was done professionally and very quick. The tech was friendly and courteous and took the time to go over the operation of the unit. Couldn’t be happier.

At first, I was having trouble at another Best Buy location they couldn’t figure out how to install my pioneer CarPlay audio with the red and another location recommended city of industry so the guys there were right. Joe recommended another CarPlay radio fit perfect thanks too Joe and Carlos. I’m a satisfied customer.

The team was ready to go at the appointment time and finished ahead of schedule. They also went over how to connect and use the stereo !! Great job !

Very weird segment of Best Buy business, like they're not committed to this. Scheduling is frustrating as the two locations in RVa would show 6 months out scheduling, then disappear as installation locations, then finally after weeks of watching Glen Allen popped up as 4 day availability so I booked it. At end of installation, tech gave me an installation ticket with no Best Buy markings. He said the reference number on that ticket was the only evidence that BB installed the unit and that I would need it if I ever wanted service (I bought the 4 year plan). Install was ok, but the faceplate fitting shows rasp marks at one side of the opening and the tech was unable to connect my backup camera.

The tech Ryan in Port Richey FL, did the installation, very professional, courteous, showed how to use the system with patience and courtesy.

I am really pleased with choosing BestBuy Plano TX. I purchased a Pioneer DMH-W3000NEX Radio for my 2010 Subaru with a free install. Troy did an excellent job installing the radio. He took his time to explain all of the options and corrected some of my choices prior to the installation. Although this delayed the installation date, it was well worth the wait to get everything I wanted out of the new radio. He took his time to do a very professional installation, even fixed a loose trim piece unrelated to this installation. I highly recommend this Geek Squad service to anyone in the Plano area.

radio install with mistreo was great tech also knew the features of mt head unit i didnot purchase from best buy and mad sure i had everything to install all the kits amd harnesses which they sell but got better price at crutchfield. tech went over the features and help setup and showed me hiw to acess it

I had geek squad install my Sony stereo with  car play. He did a great job in less time he estimated. The job looks professional and all works as it should. Once finished showed me how to use the  car play with my iphone. All in all was a satisfying experience.
