I visited my local Best Buy in Athens, GA, where an associate helped enter my vehicle's information into the system to find and order all of the parts I needed for a car stereo + back-up camera upgrade. The installation was not possible at said location, so I made an appointment at the soonest available time for the Cumming, GA location. I received all of the parts to my home address no with no issues, and arrived at the Cumming location with them to have the stereo installation done. When I got there, the technician almost immediately recognized that the package containing the new wiring harness I needed was not only missing VITAL components, but also included some miscellaneous wires that were not part of the kit (they came from somewhere else, and someone likely accepted this product as a return at another location without making sure the contents were correct). Thankfully, my technician James was amazingly helpful and very patient with this issue, as he fortunately found a substitute part that would work for my car and installation inside the shop (someone else had returned it just a few days prior - otherwise he told me there would have been no other replacement, and I would have waited 2 weeks, called off work, and driven 2 hours to the Cumming location on a Sunday before class for no reason). Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and installation, however it was cutting it close to what I would consider a disaster. Big thank-you to James and the other female technician, my new stereo works great!

Had my Pioneer radio installed in my car by Best Buy. It was done professionally and very quick. The tech was friendly and courteous and took the time to go over the operation of the unit. Couldn’t be happier.

The guy that works at BB in HURST Tx is fantastic. He knows his stuff and he hooked me up in more ways than one. 1st I bought a Sony head unit but I didn't like the brightness, so I brought it back to him and asked for his suggestion. He suggested a JVC head unit and that unit was over $60 more than the other and he gave it to me anyway. As a direct swap out. I have gone to him about issues with my amp and he has helped me with that too.

The technician installed the stereo in a timely manner and made sure everything worked properly before we got the car.

The installation process was great! The tech explained things and even told me that they didn't need some of the parts that had to be ordered just in case and so I would get a refund. He even had the refund reciept ready for me. The installation didn't take as long as I thought it would either. They were v3ry nice as well as quick and efficient! The whole experience was great!

I love my new receiver works well with my phone. The screen is large easy to install. Definitely recommend.

The installation was excellent, but I had some issues with how they did it without calling me for my opinion. The store gave me an install time, but when I arrived, the store was closed, and no one updated me on the install time. Even the app and the text about my upcoming had the same time, but the store was close. BEST BUY, YOU HAVE TO WORK ON YOUR COMMUNICATION WITH CURRENTS.

At first, I was having trouble at another Best Buy location they couldn’t figure out how to install my pioneer CarPlay audio with the red and another location recommended city of industry so the guys there were right. Joe recommended another CarPlay radio fit perfect thanks too Joe and Carlos. I’m a satisfied customer.

radio install with mistreo was great tech also knew the features of mt head unit i didnot purchase from best buy and mad sure i had everything to install all the kits amd harnesses which they sell but got better price at crutchfield. tech went over the features and help setup and showed me hiw to acess it

The Staff Installer, was knowledgeable and efficient. And once the task was completed, the Installer took the time out to teach me, how to use the new stereo system...
