Knowledgeable young man installed and explained how to use new stereo. They were done with the whole job in a little over an hour. We are very pleased with whole process.

We were first to arrive for the day. Took about 2 hrs to install stereo in 2006 Tahoe, was quoted 1 hour by salesman. Didn’t receive any instruction by staff - but I guess they’re only Installers. Staff were very pleasant.

The install guys always do a great job. They care about their work and about customers. They stand behind their work always.

They were quick and clean and had some suggestions on how to get even louder when I am ready

I purchased a new Pioneer car stereo with Android auto and Apple car play HD radio. I usually do the install myself, but since the installation was free, I scheduled an appointment at the same time as my online purchase, around Christmas time. My appointment was only ten days after my purchase, just after Christmas which was perfect. The install took about an hour and a half. Everything worked perfectly and sounded great. I was happy they did a great job with the installation, and I would let them do it again.

The techs at TYLER RIVERSIDE know their stuff and helped me pick quality items. They are very professional and BestBuy customers are lucky to have them working on our vehicles. 1000% great work.

They worked with my schedule which is crazy. They scheduled me in for an install and it was done in a timely mannor and they are very personable to deal with

At first, I was having trouble at another Best Buy location they couldn’t figure out how to install my pioneer CarPlay audio with the red and another location recommended city of industry so the guys there were right. Joe recommended another CarPlay radio fit perfect thanks too Joe and Carlos. I’m a satisfied customer.

Radio installation was extremely professional and the guys were great. They showed us how to use everything.

Great job with our installation, making an older car feel new. The technician saw that we had purchased something we didn't need and refunded us without us even asking. He was also helpful in suggesting the best radio to purchase without exceeding our budget. If you're looking to make your old car feel newer, Geek Squad won't steer you wrong.

radio install with mistreo was great tech also knew the features of mt head unit i didnot purchase from best buy and mad sure i had everything to install all the kits amd harnesses which they sell but got better price at crutchfield. tech went over the features and help setup and showed me hiw to acess it

The Geek Squad in-dash car stereo installation at the Waco location was top-notch. The technicians were professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They even considered my input on the placement of the equipment, which I really appreciated. Hands down, I’d use these technicians again for any future installs.

Had my Pioneer radio installed in my car by Best Buy. It was done professionally and very quick. The tech was friendly and courteous and took the time to go over the operation of the unit. Couldn’t be happier.

After a horrible experience with the install at my local Best Buy, Covid hit. Take the pandemic out of the equation because that’s life, the $ I spent to upgrade a horrible Jeep JKU stereo, the items bought from the experienced sales person which only worked for 9 days because the items weren’t compatible so of course my trusted sales guy took me for a fool because why would the customer expect the 1K dropped work properly and then the 1 year installation fee for further jobs all for naught....then Covid eases up and I have Best Buy’s managers tell me they can’t help me because they don’t have techs, installers anymore, they didn’t give a bleep Even after they told me nobody in Best Buy land can help me I drove by another Best Buy and just seeing the company name hyped me up and ready to blow I walked in and the installers at Marlboro Solomon Pond Mall weren’t dead like I was told and he not only got me the right gear, reinstalled it did an excellent job like a boss I jus looked for his name he gave me a business card but I can’t find it otherwise the dude would be hearing his name for all a Best Buy land as I am truly grateful that not all people are phonies Copying and pasting the review cuz I’m serious there was only 1 person who fixed my problem Still looking for his name cuz I don’t want someone else undeservingly getting the credit cuz this is a long bleep review

Do not trust Best Buy - Geek Squad by Willowbrook Mall. They damaged my driver seat and denied any responsibility. I reached out to the installer(s), store manager, Geek Squad manager, and finally corporate. Neither will resolve the damage to my driver seat. They made me take my vehicle for a diagnosis and i had to pay out of pocket. They want to place the burden of proof on me. They have a checklist that clearly indicates the vehicle was received in working order and no prior damage before work was started. Once i picked up my vehicle, i noticed my driver seat wouldn't retract all the way back. I made the installers aware before i signed anything and before i paid. Yet they didn't have the integrity to make any final notes on the paper i was asked to sign.

Install was great! Showed up and they got my new stereo unit installed in half the time they told me it would take. HOWEVER, The thing is that they blocked some features on the unit because it goes against their installation certifications (or something like that). I feel if I'm paying for a unit that the store offers, then they should install the unit as-is and not block features that I paid for.

There was a horrible error on my appointment which was set on line and upon arrival at location found to be non existent. After negotiations to re-set the appointment I was greeted by Ireland Wienker, Auto Tech. She was professional, considerate of the pervious error made on line and promised professional results. Upon pick up all was done as expected and her promises were fullfilled! I would recommend anyone in Bellingham use her as their contact. The Manager Darren was also consulted and I found him on the floor not hidden in an office. He was very personable, and professional in making sure that my experience was going to be one that I would appreciate. It was good to know that no hollow promises were made just good sound business ethics.
