The installation techs did a great and clean job installing my stereo receiver and they were very cooperative when getting an installation appointment.

My truck system was sounding horrible i took it to these guys and it sounds nice! They said "we can make it sound even better, if you change the speakers." I was pleased with what they did! Love this place!

The Geek Squad in-dash car stereo installation at the Waco location was top-notch. The technicians were professional, friendly, and took the time to listen to my concerns. They even considered my input on the placement of the equipment, which I really appreciated. Hands down, I’d use these technicians again for any future installs.

Great job with our installation, making an older car feel new. The technician saw that we had purchased something we didn't need and refunded us without us even asking. He was also helpful in suggesting the best radio to purchase without exceeding our budget. If you're looking to make your old car feel newer, Geek Squad won't steer you wrong.

The Geek Squad rep told me that the Tuscaloosa store really let me down on the prep work for this installation and said that he could install it, but I would not be happy. I really appreciated his honesty.

The guys that installed my radio did an awesome job. They also went through the radio with me when they were done and made sure I knew how to operate it. They made sure my phone was hooked up also. Awesome customer service.

I am really pleased with choosing BestBuy Plano TX. I purchased a Pioneer DMH-W3000NEX Radio for my 2010 Subaru with a free install. Troy did an excellent job installing the radio. He took his time to explain all of the options and corrected some of my choices prior to the installation. Although this delayed the installation date, it was well worth the wait to get everything I wanted out of the new radio. He took his time to do a very professional installation, even fixed a loose trim piece unrelated to this installation. I highly recommend this Geek Squad service to anyone in the Plano area.

Really needed this installed in my truck because we didn’t have a back up cam and gets difficult parking sometimes. Upgrade my stereo for the screen to have for backup. Good job Geek Squad

This cd radio is awesome, it is very easy to work and I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Joe the BEST BUY installer was awesome and explained everything and answered all my question. This technician should definitely be recognized for his professionalism and customer service.

Very weird segment of Best Buy business, like they're not committed to this. Scheduling is frustrating as the two locations in RVa would show 6 months out scheduling, then disappear as installation locations, then finally after weeks of watching Glen Allen popped up as 4 day availability so I booked it. At end of installation, tech gave me an installation ticket with no Best Buy markings. He said the reference number on that ticket was the only evidence that BB installed the unit and that I would need it if I ever wanted service (I bought the 4 year plan). Install was ok, but the faceplate fitting shows rasp marks at one side of the opening and the tech was unable to connect my backup camera.

The installer did a good job installing my new head unit. No complaints.

Dan goes out of his way to keep you informed. He makes sure you are satisfied and everything works before you leave. If for some reason something is not right, he will work until it’s working as it should. Both installations he has done for me look like factory installations!
