I purchased a new Pioneer car stereo with Android auto and Apple car play HD radio. I usually do the install myself, but since the installation was free, I scheduled an appointment at the same time as my online purchase, around Christmas time. My appointment was only ten days after my purchase, just after Christmas which was perfect. The install took about an hour and a half. Everything worked perfectly and sounded great. I was happy they did a great job with the installation, and I would let them do it again.

They took good care of me and followed up with needed support.

I had another great Geek Squad installation done by Best Buy! The technician was friendly as always and did a great job on the install.

I had geek squad install my Sony stereo with  car play. He did a great job in less time he estimated. The job looks professional and all works as it should. Once finished showed me how to use the  car play with my iphone. All in all was a satisfying experience.

The installation was performed quickly and efficiently. The technician explained the stereo/receiver functionality. The stereo performed flawlessly including a long road trip. I would recommend this service and Best Buy to anyone looking to replace an aging or broken auto stereo system.

Install was great! Showed up and they got my new stereo unit installed in half the time they told me it would take. HOWEVER, The thing is that they blocked some features on the unit because it goes against their installation certifications (or something like that). I feel if I'm paying for a unit that the store offers, then they should install the unit as-is and not block features that I paid for.

He did a great job installing my stereo in my car would recommend this company to install stuff. He explained everything he took his time to show us the radio would always recommend this.

The agent installed a stereo in my old truck. This was a great investment for me to listen to my music using blue tooth. The GQ installer was professional and kind. I would not hesitate to go.
