The new stereo if awesome and the tech who installed it was very helpful.

The installer that put my head unit in was great! I consulted with him before choosing the head unit. The installation took about 2 hrs. Everything got connected up right and everything works! There were two small issues during the whole thing but not worth knocking a star off for a free installation. The first issue was that when I went in and consulted with them about everything needed for installation they gave me a list ... but left one item off. They had it in-store and installation was fine but I ended up paying $40 for part I didn't expect to buy. The second issue was that when we tested the unit out afterwords, it wasn't connecting via Android Auto. The installer thought that it might have been an extension unit that was connected but didn't have time to figure it out and wanted me to bring it back in because he was working on another vehicle right after mine and I suppose he wanted to do something crazy like go home at a reasonable hour. He told me that it would not have been free to take it back in. For some reason the installer thought that there was a microchip in the USB extension cable, which didn't make any sense to me. I took it home and disconnect the extended and had the same issue connecting. So I put everything back, used the extender and fiddled with the phone for a while. Turns out that unit is just finicky when connecting for the first time. Once I got the phones connected, there were no issues. Since I opened the unit after the installation I inspected the work and I can say it was top notch. Great job Best Buy!

The workers at the SLO auto installation bay as some of the best I've seen. They've really helped me plan out my next steps and the aftermarket radio look like it came like that from the factory.

This has been a great replacement for my broken sound system. I wish it wasnt so sunken into the dashboard of my 2015 Subaru Impreza but other than that I like it a lot.

Highly recommended the Geek Squad Automobile Staff is very knowledgeable on Automotive Electronics... I have a Total Tech Membership which I think is a great value if your looking to have muliti installations... I purchased a Kenwood 10.1 inch HD Double Din Stereo that Bestbuy doesn't carry from Crutchfield that George from the Otay Ranch location was happy to install thats the benefit Total Tech Members have... You can purchase a product from a other store other than Bestbuy and have them install it... George is very professional and gave me recommendations solutions & answers to all my questions... The installs were all clean and seamlessly... George even went a step further by goings above & beyond with my install by connecting my Stereo Audio System via the big 3 for those that know what the big 3 is its a must in a great hi profile car audio install system google it if you don't know it was greatly appreciated... George also connected my 4 Channel amplifier underneath my seat perfectly so its unnoticeable so thiefs won't be able to see via window but is easily accessible just by pulling the seat forward... George also connected a two 2 way 6 1/2 inch Component Speakers and 2 tweeters and crossovers which he installed in the front car doors and tweeters in dash which sound and look great no problems with my windows or switches ... Its been over 3 weeks since my installation I wanted to leave this review earlier but I was definitely enjoying my system and made sure it was all was functioning properly... Thanks again George will definitely be back to install a blind spot side view camera

The guys are pretty nice over there at geek squad. Hoping I don't have any reinstallation issues with my pioneer stereo that went out after 2 years..... The original installer was a bit fussy and didn't end up putting my stereo back in..... Which wasn't right considering he did all the work. Like I said the guys are pretty nice over there and I'm hoping I have no issues with the reinstallation.

Installer was great. My son had a pioneer sterio installed. The website goes through a compatabilty process and provides the parts you need. The installer advised that we needed another canle that was not suggested and had to run through a bunch of issies to get everything working. He was patienr and did a great job. My son is happy.

Technicians Randy and Paul at BB at The Avenues store in Jacksonville, Florida was 2 of the coolest guys that I’ve had servicing my vehicle. They both were very friendly, kind, courteous, polite and very professional. They explained to me how my new audio system works and made sure that I could operate it properly. Excellent service and fast turn-around. Daniel was super helpful on Father's day Sunday and fixed our issues with a prior radio reciever aftermarket installation from another provider. Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly! 5 Stars!

The technician did a masterful job of installing my JVC Digital Media Receiver and backup camera. Only one word to describe it. Professional. The job looks as good as if the equipment was installed by the manufacturer. All wires are neatly hidden and everything works. Based on this first experience, I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad installers at Best Buy.

Purchased a JVC - 6.8" Android Auto and Apple CarPlay Bluetooth Digital Media (DM) Receiver with Rear Camera input online but had lots of questions. The GeekSquad install pros walked me through, made recommendations and suggestions, and answered all my questions. Highly Recommend!

Please read full review: I am giving 5 stars because Matthew Griszkauskas who installed the unit did a fantastic job and was incredible to work with. I do not know how these reviews affect the installers. As far as the process goes - DO NOT ORDER PARTS ONLINE! I wasted not only the installers' time, but mine because the online system does not properly match installation items required for your car. Not only that, but it does not suggest ALL of the installation requirements.
