There was a horrible error on my appointment which was set on line and upon arrival at location found to be non existent. After negotiations to re-set the appointment I was greeted by Ireland Wienker, Auto Tech. She was professional, considerate of the pervious error made on line and promised professional results. Upon pick up all was done as expected and her promises were fullfilled! I would recommend anyone in Bellingham use her as their contact. The Manager Darren was also consulted and I found him on the floor not hidden in an office. He was very personable, and professional in making sure that my experience was going to be one that I would appreciate. It was good to know that no hollow promises were made just good sound business ethics.

Please read full review: I am giving 5 stars because Matthew Griszkauskas who installed the unit did a fantastic job and was incredible to work with. I do not know how these reviews affect the installers. As far as the process goes - DO NOT ORDER PARTS ONLINE! I wasted not only the installers' time, but mine because the online system does not properly match installation items required for your car. Not only that, but it does not suggest ALL of the installation requirements.

The guys are pretty nice over there at geek squad. Hoping I don't have any reinstallation issues with my pioneer stereo that went out after 2 years..... The original installer was a bit fussy and didn't end up putting my stereo back in..... Which wasn't right considering he did all the work. Like I said the guys are pretty nice over there and I'm hoping I have no issues with the reinstallation.

He did a great job installing my stereo in my car would recommend this company to install stuff. He explained everything he took his time to show us the radio would always recommend this.

Technicians Randy and Paul at BB at The Avenues store in Jacksonville, Florida was 2 of the coolest guys that I’ve had servicing my vehicle. They both were very friendly, kind, courteous, polite and very professional. They explained to me how my new audio system works and made sure that I could operate it properly. The agent installed a stereo in my old truck. This was a great investment for me to listen to my music using blue tooth. The GQ installer was professional and kind. I would not hesitate to go.

After a horrible experience with the install at my local Best Buy, Covid hit. Take the pandemic out of the equation because that’s life, the $ I spent to upgrade a horrible Jeep JKU stereo, the items bought from the experienced sales person which only worked for 9 days because the items weren’t compatible so of course my trusted sales guy took me for a fool because why would the customer expect the 1K dropped work properly and then the 1 year installation fee for further jobs all for naught....then Covid eases up and I have Best Buy’s managers tell me they can’t help me because they don’t have techs, installers anymore, they didn’t give a bleep Even after they told me nobody in Best Buy land can help me I drove by another Best Buy and just seeing the company name hyped me up and ready to blow I walked in and the installers at Marlboro Solomon Pond Mall weren’t dead like I was told and he not only got me the right gear, reinstalled it did an excellent job like a boss I jus looked for his name he gave me a business card but I can’t find it otherwise the dude would be hearing his name for all a Best Buy land as I am truly grateful that not all people are phonies Copying and pasting the review cuz I’m serious there was only 1 person who fixed my problem Still looking for his name cuz I don’t want someone else undeservingly getting the credit cuz this is a long bleep review

The technician did a masterful job of installing my JVC Digital Media Receiver and backup camera. Only one word to describe it. Professional. The job looks as good as if the equipment was installed by the manufacturer. All wires are neatly hidden and everything works. Based on this first experience, I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad installers at Best Buy.

Installer was great. My son had a pioneer sterio installed. The website goes through a compatabilty process and provides the parts you need. The installer advised that we needed another canle that was not suggested and had to run through a bunch of issies to get everything working. He was patienr and did a great job. My son is happy.

Purchased a JVC - 6.8" Android Auto and Apple CarPlay Bluetooth Digital Media (DM) Receiver with Rear Camera input online but had lots of questions. The GeekSquad install pros walked me through, made recommendations and suggestions, and answered all my questions. Highly Recommend!

My last review of a glitchy stereo has now been redeemed ! I brought my truck in today to get a replacement stereo installed at the suggestion of the tech . This has been a great replacement for my broken sound system. I wish it wasnt so sunken into the dashboard of my 2015 Subaru Impreza but other than that I like it a lot.

Best Buy Car Instillation service was excellent and professional.

The workers at the SLO auto installation bay as some of the best I've seen. They've really helped me plan out my next steps and the aftermarket radio look like it came like that from the factory.
