Very friendly tech and extremely helpful. My install was going in a 21 year old vehicle with very limited parts availability. He did a great job and was very careful. Also a big help in walking this old man through the controls of the new unit. Highly recommended!

There was a horrible error on my appointment which was set on line and upon arrival at location found to be non existent. After negotiations to re-set the appointment I was greeted by Ireland Wienker, Auto Tech. She was professional, considerate of the pervious error made on line and promised professional results. Upon pick up all was done as expected and her promises were fullfilled! I would recommend anyone in Bellingham use her as their contact. The Manager Darren was also consulted and I found him on the floor not hidden in an office. He was very personable, and professional in making sure that my experience was going to be one that I would appreciate. It was good to know that no hollow promises were made just good sound business ethics.

My last review of a glitchy stereo has now been redeemed ! I brought my truck in today to get a replacement stereo installed at the suggestion of the tech . I appreciate the prompt service and looking forward to having a trouble free system in place ! Thanks again to Best Buy Car Audio for stepping up and doing the right thing !

Highly professional install, very clean look afterwards. They called me in shave to confirm all the parts and procedure, and were even able to move the appointment for earlier time. I'm very satisfied with the result. The only drawback I would call out is an extra fee for making steering controls work.

Trevor at the Abilene, TX location is a lifesaver and a miracle worker! I brought my car in for a stereo install after finding the previous owner had chopped off every wire needed. He had the new stereo installed in under 3 hours, including the backup camera! Labor charge was incredibly reasonable too.

Replaced inbuilt infotainment with Kenwood in my Ford. Installation was flawless and good workmanship.

Install was efficient to the point that I didn't get all the work & emails done that I planned to do while I waited. This is the 2nd work van I've had them do. It's well worth the time and money.

Installers did great. I had them install a radio they recommended. They help match my phone blue tooth and away I went. Only problem was that after a call the radio would not come back on. Brought it back for a more expensive model and it worked fine.

installer was quick easy to talk with and inform me of how the process would go. I also like the fact that he gave me an option and we were able to think about it although we couldn’t do it at that time. I wish I had put the rear camera in and finish the package. Great job and nice to work with.

I am very pleased with My Pioneer DMH-W4660N. It looks very good on my dash and getting use to maneuvering with the different apps and the support of Geek Squad's assist.
