My experience with Best Buy installing my radio in my Corvette was $150% satisfaction the guy knew exactly what he was talking about he was kind and friendly and it was the best experience I've ever had in my life with Best Buy

I used the Best Buy on Independence near I264. The installer took the time to answer all my questions and did great work. I was very happy with the customer service and you could not beat the price. If the radio is over 200.00 insulation was free.

Levi was very polite and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions.Let me know my turn signal bulb was bad and I had a bad speaker.He did everything perfect.A pat on the back is warranted

Best Buy installed my car audio equipment flawlessly and even corrected an issue that was causing issues previously. The sound has never been better, or louder... :)

I bought this service but ended up not using it. I Rated it because I did have some issues. The Tech people for the most part were very professional and explained how my stereo would be a problem. However attempting to reach out to the tech people is a major headache as the bot keeps trying to redirect you to it's menu. then when it does send you to the tech guys, First you get put on a forever hold and it might not even be the right department. Then you go back on hold again while they transfer you.

I did this review way too late so I wish I could remember the gentlemen's name. Anyways, the installer surprisingly did a great job. He knew what he was doing and above his job requirements by asking me certain details on how I would have liked the job done. I'm surprised to say I HIGHLY recommend Geek Squad to install head units. This is coming from a person who installs his own equipment every time and has been paid on occasion to install others. With the promotion of buying a head unit from Best Buy and them installing it for free? STEAL. Saves you time and money for sure. As a life hack for you DIY installers just buying a headunit from BestBuy, have your RCA, camera connections, ect ready to go with you at the install and they will connect it for you included. Just specify where you want those cables hanging out from. Made my install easier and I just had to route the RCA cables to the amps and camera cables to the rear view camera. Thanks!

Love the stereo, all my apps work great and rearview camera is excellent!! The young lady who installed it was awesome, friendly and helpful on showing how to operate it!

Eric was terrific. He did an outstanding job troubleshooting an issue the sales personnel failed at. Installation and explanation of product use was on point.

The Head unit is suprisingly good for the money, i was interested in it for the meastro features that it can provide when you purchase a seperate maestro module, one thing i didnt know when purchasing is that when you get the harness for the unit your gonna have to get the one with the included speaker or you will not have turn signal or your car chimes anymore, i did not know this and on the way home from the install i had no turn signial audio or any interior chimes and i am assuming that would be the case for any idiot light audio as well, so currently a little aggravated to that point, I would love to have my chimes back

The tech was SUPERB ! My Dodge van had an odd issue with the a/c after install, but I do not believe it was the techs fault, even though he was willing to take the blame. It was a random occurrence that happened to manifest at the same time ! It resolved itself 3 days later, even after I was informed that Best Buy would compensate me for any repairs needed. No issues with the installed equipment the second time ! The first I had bad equipment from an open box purchase. This tech took everything in stride, was cheerful, respectful, friendly, and a really good, top notch tech even though it seemed like nothing went his way. When he got the replacement unit installed, everything worked flawlessly, and he really did go above and beyond his scope of work. I will gladly bring or recommend anyone to bring anything in for work in their automotive install section.

Has radio, blue tooth, usb, hands free phone functions. My problem withh this product is that it has no on/off button

The installation process was great. The installer was nice and very knowledgeable. He installed it in less than an hour.
