The installation process was great. The installer was nice and very knowledgeable. He installed it in less than an hour.

Better then i expected, he hooked my steering wheel buttons, i havent used those buttons in years great knowledge .

Wow, I am not sure how Best Buy can offer free installation for such a complicated project. Steering wheel controls, hands free phone, back up camera. I started on it myself and realized there were a lot more components needed to complete the job. The local Best Buy had everything on hand. Super helpful.

I already read answered the survey, but I’m happy to do it again. The technician Darren was excellent. He took good care of me. Explain things thoroughly and took his time with me as a customer.

I loved my service!!! They took me in right away at my appointment time and did the install 15 minutes faster than what I was told. The person who did the install personally walked me to my vehicle to show me exactly what he did and how to work the product. I am very happy and overall beyond satisfied with the team and their work on my install.

They do a great job installing and every time I dealt with the installers to line up the installation they were great. My only frustration was with the online reservation system. When I bought the item on the web site, it gave me the option to make a reservation for the free installation, but the only option it gave was two hours away. I think it was trying to find me something in the next couple of weeks, but I was willing to wait a little longer to get an appointment at my local store. So I declined to make a reservation and went in to the store to make an appointment. But then it was coming up that I would owe $100 for the installation. But the installers eventually told me when I actually had it done there would be no charge. It was confusing. But in the end everything went great

Service Tech was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He gave an installation deadline that he met that deadline without a hitch.

The installation was done in less time than quoted and has not had any issues in the weeks since. All of the features of the seevice were explained clearly and succinctly.

Installation went well. all is working ok. Back up camera not what I expected.

Explained everything, worked with me to make my stereo do what I wanted it to do. I have had Brady install 4 stereos and have always had an excellent experience with him. If someone wants something installed i will always direct them to him.

While I got mixed info from the various salespeople that helped me with the purchases for my son's new stereo (apparently lots of peripherals are also required), the installer at the Perimeter location in Atlanta was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We took the bag of items we purchased to him (based on the recommendations of the 2 salespeople who helped us), and he reviewed our purchases and immediately told us which ones we did and did not need. One part we needed wasn't in stock and had to be ordered so while waiting for it to come in that week, I went to 2 car audio businesses in Alpharetta.. Both said I needed different parts (though they didn't agree on the parts needed,) and both said the parts suggested by the Best Buy installer wouldn't work. Since all 3 had mixed messages, I went back to the Perimeter Best Buy the following weekend when their part came in. I wasn't very confident that the stereo would actually be installed since both of the other businesses said I needed different parts, but the stereo was installed in record time, and connected to my son's steering wheel controls and the backseat DVD. I intentionally waited several weeks before writing the review but everything has continued working perfectly. Turns out the Best Buy installer knew better than the "pros" and beat their prices. My recommendation - go to Best Buy but skip the salespeople and go straight to the installers to find out which parts you really need for your vehicle.

The first time installation resulted in no power to subwoofer and CarPlay didn’t work(headunit specific issue), the second appointment was to check these issue but they have advised me to wait for couple more weeks to see if the problem disappears, had to make third appointment to uninstall and reinstall a different head unit. This time installation went well except one issue one of the button on the doesn’t work and I had to buy the dashboard kit again to complete the installation. Decided to live with this minor issue(steering wheel control). I’m not going there again since there is a wait for an appointment. In conclusion, I am satisfied considering the time and effort they put on these FREE installation service.

I requested installation of 6 new speakers and front and rear cameras on my 2001 Ford Excursion. I had already purchased the speakers and cameras and had already installed a new Kenwood Excelon DNX997XR head unit and Kenwood DRV-N520 dash camera myself, but broke two fingers in an accident and needed help to get the other items installed. I had already attached and run the wiring for both cameras Despite stopping by prior to the appointment to explain what work I needed to be done, the scheduled work included a full radio installation but did not have the speakers installation scheduled. On arrival for the appointment, I explained what was needed again, and he stated that the work might not be able to be completed in the time that was scheduled. He said that would try to get it all done that day and was successful in doing that. I had signed up for the Total Tech Support, so I was not billed anything for the installation. The installation was done well and I have had no problems.

The Geek Squad guys installed my new Kenwood Radio and al it's components so that I have navigation on my radio screen. There was a problem with the radio sound when I turned the volume even halfway up so I went back, worried I might need to buy new speakers. The man who had installed my radio recognized the problem after hearing it for only a few seconds and in less than an hour, he pulled that radio out and installed another new one. Now I can turn the radio all the way to full volume with no distortion at all! The Geek Squad guys at Tiffany Springs Best Buy are AMAZING!

Andrew was very friendly and helpful with the installation. Breath of fresh air to see someone take their job seriously and get it done efficiently and communicate effectively when problems arise
