Radio in Jeep installed perfectly no issues & love the touch

I have to give great kudos to Jeremy the tech who installed my equipment in my 2013 Corvette. Jeremy actually emailed me a week before to confirm everything that needed to be done, advised of some changes he recommended for a more professional install. All of the items I had were purchased over time, my main concerns were having a backup and front view camera since I have a low front splitter and want to avoid hitting curbs. The back up camera is so convenient Nd helps dramatically backing up. He installed the front camera and looks very professional. The rear was done very professionally as well BUT the camera had a lot of noise and distortion which Jeremy recommended to swap out for a new one and bring it back. He installed my sync cable and Bluetooth mic. I would absolutely recommend Best Buy Geek Squad car stereo installation. I will be going back to have my door speakers and rear speakers replaced as well as adding an amp soon. Jeremy spent a lot of time going over options and making sure I will have a superior system. I can’t say enough good things actually. 10 stars

Had a new car stereo installed. Only complaint was availability of appointments. But the install its self was fast and professional.

The installer did a great job installing my new JVC apple carplay and GPS in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. Looks like it was stock. They cleaned everything up when they were three. Will definitely be back for my second truck system. Thanks a lot guys.

Well where to start these guys in Albany NY car install are super busy it took me forever to get an appointment I had to leave the car all day which i was unaware but I was cool with it Car was worked on neatly i had some nicks and scratches that were not there before but it was not bad enough for me to say anything I think they are way too busy and they are rushed not their fault i saw the work flow board and it was crammed with appointments they need more help I had a head unit and rear camera installed they were not able to figure out the rear camera I was not charged Head unit was installed well Lifetime warranty on the install and free reinstall of original stereo is awesome Staff was cool to me and sat in my car with me while we checked out the functionally of the stereo Overall good experience not perfect but I personally and honestly blame it on their ridiculous workload Hey Best Buy get more help or lighten the load not everyone is cool about scratches and nicks in their expensive cars and if there is no rush the chances of these things happening are greatly diminished.

Very helpful. Directed me to the part I needed after they informed me that they couldn't source it. Install was difficult but tech worked through the issues and was able to complete install.

Worth it! I wanted full functionality to my existing steering volume and media buttons along with my existing stock back up camera. They had everything I needed to make it happen. It would have taken me days to do it right with multiple visits to the store. Well worth it.
