Those guys at the Youngstown store did a fantastic job! They put a Sony aftermarket radio in my '09 Camry in just a couple of hours. I really appreciate them setting up the steering wheel controls too.

I purchased a car stereo with a back-up camera to be installed in my car. I also wanted the installation to include my car's steering wheel mounted controls to be used too. This was a stereo that had an LCD touchscreen, HD radio, CD/DVD player, MP3, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and various other features. I had to have the stereo hooked up with a microphone to be used with my smartphone, the backup camera, cable to connect my smartphone, the steering wheel control hookup, and the stereo itself in the dash. Mitch, the installer did it with precision and accuracy, in the allotted time set for the appointment. He then tutored me on how to use all of the features of the new stereo, so I left there with confidence on how to take advantage of the myriad complicated aspects of this new stereo. I had this installed in an older car and now it feels up to date like newer cars with this amazing stereo. I highly recommend using Best Buy's auto techs to install any stereo you might purchase as I think having my husband install it would have been difficult for him to do the necessary wiring especially with the backup camera, steering wheel controls, and microphone. I used the Geek Squad service to have a double-DIN cart stereo installed in my Honda Fit. Prior to the installation, the technician took the time to explain where the different ports and the mic were going to be located in the car. He listened to my preferences and executed the work as I had asked. The installation took two hours and, unfortunately, the stereo that I had purchased was defective. The technician asked me what I wanted to do: either keep the defective unit (no thanks!), have my factory stereo reinstalled, or pick a different deck from their stock. Since I had scheduled this installation 3 weeks earlier and that the next available date would push me back 3 more weeks, I decided to select one the units available in the store. The technician patiently described the different models and performed the exchange. The second install only took 45 minutes. When I returned to the store, he demoed the new unit, showing all the features. The work was clean, similar to a factory install. I'm grateful to the technician who accepted to squeeze the installation of this replacement unit on the same day, between two scheduled appointments.

Slightly a little behind proposed completion time, but I expected the install would have some difficulties. the staff was very courteous and helpful in answering questions. Excellent attitudes! great experience.

I really like my new radio. Best Buy installers did an excellent job of installing it. It looks like it came with the car.

You installed a wonderful radio for me. Then you picked out and installed a backup camera. You put all of this into my Miata! It all works better than I had hoped. The digital radio (Android Auto) is wonderful. I have 2 radio stations coming from Italy and one from England! The 'hands free' phone is not only the law, but it works wonderfully. The only time I have problems with the backup camera is when the top is down and the glare from the sun is overwhelming. That's the fault of the car that it's in. I wouldn't have this without you. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

It doesn't make sense not to use these people. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did amazing and explained everything. Will be using them again!

I was a bit disappointed because the guy who told me he was doing the installation called in sick the day he told me he would be there. Also, the head unit I ordered that was supposed to be compatible... I was informed was not compatible, thus I had to spend more $$$ then I planned for. The only other regret I have is no CD slot.

This install was literally the worst experience I’ve ever encountered as a longtime customer with Best Buy! What should have been a simple install job turned into over a 7 hour job that was never done correctly. In fact, the installer damaged my vehicle which is now at the Nissan dealership in their service department because of the installer not knowing how to complete the job. He caused controls and a computer to literally burn up. I will say Store Management has been good to work with but the overall experience turned into a nightmare! I would not recommend until they have the proper help like they used to with previous installers.

I bought the stereo install at Best Buy. The Corehan stereo that I bought cheap on Amazon came with a whole bunch of features so my install cost $99 which is a GREAT deal!!! It works perfectly and the GPS is wonderful! I cant figure out the Bluetooth but I haven't been able to link my phone to my car stereo and my internet connection in the car isn't good. It is supposed to mirror my phone and take calls through the stereo, so whatever to that. Originally, before I had it installed, I thought all I really wanted was 96.9 The Eagle and a talking GPS to tell me where to go. I left the Best Buy parking lot with those two features good to go. Everything after that is just playing with the perks until I figure out the whole thing. It goes online without a cell phone and does all of the normal internet stuff. It is all very well installed.
