Very friendly, fast and very knowing on the head unit, explained the functions of the unit also...will recommend to others and will be returning for my subs and amp installation...hope its the same guy...

This install was literally the worst experience I’ve ever encountered as a longtime customer with Best Buy! What should have been a simple install job turned into over a 7 hour job that was never done correctly. In fact, the installer damaged my vehicle which is now at the Nissan dealership in their service department because of the installer not knowing how to complete the job. He caused controls and a computer to literally burn up. I will say Store Management has been good to work with but the overall experience turned into a nightmare! I would not recommend until they have the proper help like they used to with previous installers.

I found online reviews on some really bad BB installs but I've used the Waxahachie store more than once and have never had any issues. The team there does quality work and will walk you through set-up and operation of your products even if you didn't buy it from BB. I'm a automotive technician by trade but when it came to installing a top-end alarm system in my Chevy Colorado I chose to let the pro's handle it. The electronics on those trucks are known to be a real pain when installing aftermarket products so I shied away from doing it myself. The installers done an excellent job on my daughters car as well and I couldn't be happier with the end results.

The JVC in-dash stereo CD-DVD tuner has loads of features including everything that I wanted: Bluetooth phone connection, USB port, double space filler, touchscreen, and steering wheel control compatible. You can also connect a rearview camera, satellite radio, and mobile apps like Pandora. The 2 drawbacks: it takes forever like 10 sec to start up and read a CD or DVD when you first start the vehicle and the so-called "fast-charging USB port" isn't. Also noted that connecting your phone through the USB port as a media device can be dicey. Overall though quite satisfied with the purchase as it had more features than a similarly priced Pioneer unit although the older Pioneer in my other vehicle loads much more quickly and the USB operation is seamless...

Has radio, blue tooth, usb, hands free phone functions. My problem withh this product is that it has no on/off button

The installation was done in less time than quoted and has not had any issues in the weeks since. All of the features of the seevice were explained clearly and succinctly.

The installer Sidney at the Folsom Ca store did an excellent job installing my new kenwood 5707S into my old 1997 chevy silverado using a custom after market Metra dash face, lined it up perfectly, and installed new kicker-ks speakers. It looks and sounds great! She also went one step further and put a couple new door panel pins on i had so my door panel is nice and tight. Thank you Sidney for the excellent install.

Added a receiver as well as a back up camera to our 2011 Tahoe. The technician installed flawlessly and everything works great. Retained all factory controls with new receiver. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great looking install with no issues.

I used the geek squad to have my back up camera installed on my jeep and then connected to my radio. Super happy with my decision to use the geek squad.. they did an excellent job! In addition, I didn’t have to wait long to schedule it, and on the day of the install, they were super quick and efficient. Lastly, I wanted the camera installed in a specific spot, they listened and did exactly what I asked. I won’t go anywhere else to have anything installed..geek squad is top notch!

This was the second installation of vehicle audio equipment at the Best Buy on E. Stone Dr in Kingsport, TN. The first was a Christmas present for my grandson. It was excellent. This installation was just as good, if not better. The installer is highly knowledgeable, knew exactly what my '98 Ford pickup needed and any potential problems, and finished in a very good time considering the in-dash modifications he had to make. When it was finished, he briefed me on all the functions of my new system, and the installation final product could not have been better if it was a factory installed original. I have had after market installation before from the now defunct Circuit City. This Best Buy puts those guys to shame. I can't say better good stuff about about them except 5 stars isn't enough.

I had a sub installed in my car for a little bass and it did what I wanted it to do. Not too much but perfect for me. Ngl it did take a while, but the job was flawless and with factory radio. I gotta get them door speakers swapped out next. Geek squad it is!!

The install bay techs at Tulsa Hills are the best, honest, and knowledgeable guys in Tulsa! I highly recommend this store!

I could not be happier. Johnny did a fantastic job, from ensuring I had all the parts I needed to even telling me I could return some. He was very thorough before the installation, and was very attentive after, ensuring I knew what was working and that there were some things I needed to do on my phone to make sure the new system worked. Lastly, he was extremely fast. Had the new install done in about an hour. I can't say enough good things about the quality and professionalism of the service.

I was very impressed with the professional stereo installation that Ashlee did in my car including steering wheel controls. Everything works perfectly and looks great! She took the time to connect my phone to Bluetooth and show me how to operate the system. She is an expert and took the time to do a good job! My car is old and plastic trim gets brittle so I was worried that parts might get broken during installation. She was very careful and nothing was broken. In fact, I stuck a piece of cardboard in the dash to stop a rattle. When I got the car back, the cardboard was gone and so was the rattle. All the wires were neatly tucked out of sight, I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to Ashlee Burnett to have her install any type of stereo equipment, speakers, backup cameras or anything else.
