You installed a wonderful radio for me. Then you picked out and installed a backup camera. You put all of this into my Miata! It all works better than I had hoped. The digital radio (Android Auto) is wonderful. I have 2 radio stations coming from Italy and one from England! The 'hands free' phone is not only the law, but it works wonderfully. The only time I have problems with the backup camera is when the top is down and the glare from the sun is overwhelming. That's the fault of the car that it's in. I wouldn't have this without you. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

1st apt on a Sunday morning. He came to the car, looked to see if I had everything he needed, explained how the install would happen, the risks of the install, and how long it was going to take

The agent installed my new stereo and even connected my backup camera that I purchased off Amazon for an additional fee. Very flexible, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with my new stereo and backup camera for my sons truck. He has Apple CarPlay and a backup camera on his truck now. No excuses to mess around on his phone and not see what's behind him while backing up.

I have to give great kudos to Jeremy the tech who installed my equipment in my 2013 Corvette. Jeremy actually emailed me a week before to confirm everything that needed to be done, advised of some changes he recommended for a more professional install. All of the items I had were purchased over time, my main concerns were having a backup and front view camera since I have a low front splitter and want to avoid hitting curbs. The back up camera is so convenient Nd helps dramatically backing up. He installed the front camera and looks very professional. The rear was done very professionally as well BUT the camera had a lot of noise and distortion which Jeremy recommended to swap out for a new one and bring it back. He installed my sync cable and Bluetooth mic. I would absolutely recommend Best Buy Geek Squad car stereo installation. I will be going back to have my door speakers and rear speakers replaced as well as adding an amp soon. Jeremy spent a lot of time going over options and making sure I will have a superior system. I can’t say enough good things actually. 10 stars

He is a great guy who was very helpful with our reinstall and uninstall.

They were very knowledgeable and also advised concerns with steering wheel buttons. They suggested a slightly different model that didn’t have know issues with the steering wheel buttons.

Car stereo install was great, very fast and looks great

Well where to start these guys in Albany NY car install are super busy it took me forever to get an appointment I had to leave the car all day which i was unaware but I was cool with it Car was worked on neatly i had some nicks and scratches that were not there before but it was not bad enough for me to say anything I think they are way too busy and they are rushed not their fault i saw the work flow board and it was crammed with appointments they need more help I had a head unit and rear camera installed they were not able to figure out the rear camera I was not charged Head unit was installed well Lifetime warranty on the install and free reinstall of original stereo is awesome Staff was cool to me and sat in my car with me while we checked out the functionally of the stereo Overall good experience not perfect but I personally and honestly blame it on their ridiculous workload Hey Best Buy get more help or lighten the load not everyone is cool about scratches and nicks in their expensive cars and if there is no rush the chances of these things happening are greatly diminished.

Very Happy with the installation on my Toyota sienna

It was a bit pricey. Took a bit of time too get installed. Beyond that so far its ok.

I used the Geek Squad service to have a double-DIN cart stereo installed in my Honda Fit. Prior to the installation, the technician took the time to explain where the different ports and the mic were going to be located in the car. He listened to my preferences and executed the work as I had asked. The installation took two hours and, unfortunately, the stereo that I had purchased was defective. The technician asked me what I wanted to do: either keep the defective unit (no thanks!), have my factory stereo reinstalled, or pick a different deck from their stock. Since I had scheduled this installation 3 weeks earlier and that the next available date would push me back 3 more weeks, I decided to select one the units available in the store. The technician patiently described the different models and performed the exchange. The second install only took 45 minutes. When I returned to the store, he demoed the new unit, showing all the features. The work was clean, similar to a factory install. I'm grateful to the technician who accepted to squeeze the installation of this replacement unit on the same day, between two scheduled appointments.

The guys did an excellent job installing the new head unit, speakers and tuning the amp.

I purchased a car stereo with a back-up camera to be installed in my car. I also wanted the installation to include my car's steering wheel mounted controls to be used too. This was a stereo that had an LCD touchscreen, HD radio, CD/DVD player, MP3, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and various other features. I had to have the stereo hooked up with a microphone to be used with my smartphone, the backup camera, cable to connect my smartphone, the steering wheel control hookup, and the stereo itself in the dash. Mitch, the installer did it with precision and accuracy, in the allotted time set for the appointment. He then tutored me on how to use all of the features of the new stereo, so I left there with confidence on how to take advantage of the myriad complicated aspects of this new stereo. I had this installed in an older car and now it feels up to date like newer cars with this amazing stereo. I highly recommend using Best Buy's auto techs to install any stereo you might purchase as I think having my husband install it would have been difficult for him to do the necessary wiring especially with the backup camera, steering wheel controls, and microphone.
