I had Geek Squad install an Alpine iLX-107 and a PAC RPK4-HD1101 into my Honda Accord. I've had two appointments so far, and a third at the end of the week, because on the first attempt some instructions weren't followed for the PAC kit installation and the vents above the radio were not working. That was fixed by the second appointment, along with some other issues I had. Now the third appointment is set up because the radio is having a slight malfunction, so a new one has been ordered and being put in the day that it arrives at the store. I mostly can't complain. The only thing I've had to pay was a $5 materials fee and I really like the new setup.

Installer Deandre is the man! As with any service place your experience is going to depend on who you deal with. Luckily I worked with Deandre who did an amazing job with my car audio install. I would not be surprised to one day see this guy own his own business if that’s what he wants to do. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Overall Geek Squad services and protection have served me well over the years you really can’t go wrong overall.

The end result of the installation is great. The head unit works as advertised. But what I didn't like was the fact the job was scheduled for an hour and a half. I actually ended up staying 3 hours total because the tech didn't let me know he was having an issue with the install. I would have understood about the situation if he gave me the respect to explain it to me. And then when the job was complete I come to find out that the mic for the hands free wasn't connected to the head unit. I had to schedule another appointment to have this connected. The job was done well but there was a lack of attention to detail and just bad customer service communication.

I had to wait a long time to get my installation done but it was worth it. The only reason I'm rating them at four, instead of a five, is because of the long wait for the install appointment. They recommended a change of rear facing camera to another, more factory sleek looking position and camera. PLUS, they didn't charge me more money to do this upgrade. They also installed a couple of more USB charging points in place of a old School 12V socket. I still have another old type of socket on the passenger side of my 09' Dodge Ram 1500.

The installers took great care of me and my vehicle. This was especially nice since Covid made getting my parts more difficult. The installers helped and assured me my radio would be installed and helped me to find the additional parts that I needed. They took care of every possible issue that I could think of and I left with a feeling of great relief that it was these guys that helped. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for this type of service. They were extremely professional and went above and beyond by helping me when they didn't have to. Words cannot fully express my appreciation and satisfaction that they did such a great job!

The technician were very nice and explained how everything works once the stereo was installed. The installation did take twice as long as it should have, which is fine that they took the extra time to get it done right. The technician did cause some very slight damage my touchscreen, but it was a very small scratch that I probably wouldn't have noticed unless they pointed it out to me, so I appreciate the honesty.

Neeko was amazing. He called me before my appointment to let me know some of the parts I had ordered were incorrect. He got the right parts ordered. When I had to reschedule my appointment because of a scheduling conflict, and the next appointment was weeks away, he was able to fit me in early. Once the system was installed he went over it with me and answered all my questions. Great customer service!!

Install agent was very detailed with the process of getting the stereo installed. Asked all questions to make sure I received great customer service.

It doesn't make sense not to use these people. Fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. They did amazing and explained everything. Will be using them again!

I am very pleased with the decision to let Geek Squad install my new car receiver, a job that I had done myself in the past. The installation included a new car receiver, steering wheel controls and a backup camera. The installer was very competent and attentive. He did a great job cleaning up the mess of wiring I had created during my previous installations. He asked for feedback during the installation and made sure to do it exactly the way I wanted (e.g. backup camera placement). He performed the work cleanly and efficiently. I am very happy with everything he did and everything was functioning perfectly the first time - something that never happened when I used to do it myself :)

Great experience . I'm bad with names but all the 3 techs that assisted me were very knowledgeable and professional. The radio they installed is working perfect .

Installation team was great! they were able to get us in early for our install and finished it faster then estimated. Install was seamless as if the radio was factory installed. We had some questions after the install the team had us come in an walked us through the questions and setup the radio to our liking. Highly recommend the service!

Had a new car stereo installed. Only complaint was availability of appointments. But the install its self was fast and professional.

Was very nice, explained what he was going to do for the install, gave the correction suggestion for the fit was honest about the price but gave the quality a thumbs up. unfortunately, I picked the vehicle up after he had left was blown away the dash was very professionally done and the stereo changed looked as if it upgraded the SUV, , the music was louder and much crisper, he did a good job cause it was a lot putting/ installing it in a Jeep, i was so impressed I made an effort to go back the next morning to thank him in person, Again Thanks Victor Thumbs UP. We cannot Express enough gratitude with the installation department. They were amazing and extremely knowledgeable and caring. I say caring because on a trip in there I wasn't feeling very well but needed to just get out of the house so I went with my husband. Unfortunately I got very dizzy and lightheaded and was feeling like I was about to faint . They jumped in right away with a chair and some water and what could they do to help. They went and got everything we needed and had it rung up and checked out in no time while my husband tended to me. They got everything taken care of answered all our questions and even called to make sure all was well. We definitely will be headed back again .
