So I had an appointment that was a month out and I had that itch you get when you have a brand new stereo and have to have it installed ASAP! So I checked in with the Geek Squad installation expert, gave him my number. He had a cancellation the next day and I was there like grease lightning. He told me he needed two hours for the installation. I went and got a bite to eat and before my food was ready I got a call from Best Buy saying that my vehicle was ready for pick up. It didn’t even take a full hour.

Installers were great and quick. In and out in about 40/45 minutes. Installation looks great.

The service at the Valdosta location IS OUTSTANDING!! I had an issue after the initial installation - they took care of it entirely within 24 hours. The people onsite were professional and exceedingly helpful!! THANK YOU!.

1st apt on a Sunday morning. He came to the car, looked to see if I had everything he needed, explained how the install would happen, the risks of the install, and how long it was going to take

Back speakers weren't working, had to make another appointment the second installer had them working in no time. The first installer was very rude and his customer service was the worst. I love buying from best buy and this was the first time i ever experienced this.

They were very knowledgeable and also advised concerns with steering wheel buttons. They suggested a slightly different model that didn’t have know issues with the steering wheel buttons.

I used the geek squad to have my back up camera installed on my jeep and then connected to my radio. Super happy with my decision to use the geek squad.. they did an excellent job! In addition, I didn’t have to wait long to schedule it, and on the day of the install, they were super quick and efficient. Lastly, I wanted the camera installed in a specific spot, they listened and did exactly what I asked. I won’t go anywhere else to have anything installed..geek squad is top notch!

Overall good experience. I usually like to do stereo stuff myself but just didn't have time and wanted to start enjoying music right away in my new-to-me car. I was a little nervous because the car is 20 years old and the dash trim may have been fragile but they took extra care with all parts and the install looks super clean. Really nice having carplay and modern conveniences in a car that originally was spec'd with a tape deck haha. EQ/Crossover settings were a bit wacky but luckily I have a mic and can tune that myself. Sounds great now. Great value for install cost vs time it would have taken me to get it installed. Now I can blast Tidal and run Waze without my phone flying around and I didn't lose a whole Saturday tinkering with it.

Absolutely fabulous! Works with either Apple or Android direct and easy operation.
