I was very happy with the whole process from scheduling installation to follow up after the installation... They were able to answer all my concerns prior to the installation in insuring we had everything needed for the installation. They were very upfront about everything. As the day of installation they end up short an installer and were calling to reschedule or reschedule people. They informed me that sense my car was already there he would get it in right after is first schedule appointment but it might take longer then originally discussed. Then upon installation I detected a rattle and they took care of it that day and was done in maybe 5 minutes. Very professional installation for beginning to end.

I love the installation except I can no longer open y trunk on my truck after the installation. I can only open the window to the trunk. I’m not sure what happened. I didn’t notice until I went to open my trunk. The techs who did the installation had great customer service though.

The installation text was very nice at drop off and even refunded items that weren’t needed. However when we picked up the car and drove it home the front speakers sounded terrible. Adjusted the settings to filter the bass through the sub and it was much better but Not great. Checked the front speakers and they were busted. They were factory and old and couldn’t handle the high bass that it was set on when we picked it up. So had to order some new front speakers. Also the aux plug in the car doesn’t work which is kind of a bummer. They did a great job hiding the Bluetooth microphone.

I bought a stereo for my vehicle at best buy. The install was done in a timely manner. I was very happy, except I wanted to tip the installer. As I tried he was already saying company policy is not to except tips. I said I don't care!!! Here!!! He said no he can't! I laughed and said Whatever, Here! He said firmly, No sir I Can't take it! I was upset. I still am!! They did a Great job and I was thoroughly impressed . I want to Tip!!! When he turned around I put it on the table and left! This was years before the Corona Virus so that wasn't the issue. Other than that I'm a Happy Camper with some Rocking Beets.

John W., the Autotech at the Trussville, AL store is an expert installer! His work was fast, efficient and looked like it was installed by a professional. I had a Pioneer AVH-2330 NEX installed with a Metra License Plate Back-up camera installed together. I had some electrical issues after installation that John helped my troubleshoot, and eventually he determined that I had a bad battery, even though Auto Zone tested it good. A week later, it tested bad and was replaced. There is a lifetime warranty on the installation and they will re-install factory radio for free if you ever sell the vehicle and want to keep the radio you had installed. I highly recommend Geek Squad Autotech installation!

I was a bit disappointed because the guy who told me he was doing the installation called in sick the day he told me he would be there. Also, the head unit I ordered that was supposed to be compatible... I was informed was not compatible, thus I had to spend more $$$ then I planned for. The only other regret I have is no CD slot.

The install was fast and expertly done but difficult to schedule. They were booked for a month solid before I could get an appointment. When I arrived for the install, it became apparent that the instructions provided by the manufacturer for my vehicle were incorrect. I had to order an additional piece, and the store manager was nice enough to compensate me for my lost time given that I would now how to wait additional time. The mistake was certainly on the side of the installer, but they were given bad information, so it would be hard to fault the installer. My only complaint is that the price for labor was about $50 higher than I felt appropriate.

I had my BOSS Touchscreen radio installed by Geek Squad. There was a few things i will remember for next time, but the fault could be my own for not reading more into it. I ended up buying the wrong Dash Kit so i had to reschedule for 2 weeks after my appointment date. Which wasn't great news because i had already had to reschedule once before. But after leaving my vehicle with thw Geek Squad technician, he had the car for a little under 2 hours and had it done exactly the way I wanted it. He was very pleasant & answered all the questions I had after the install.

Installation of single den pioneer NX unit. Took a little over two hours, but it was before the store open and the staff was friendly enough to pull me out a chair and let me sit there since I was from out of town Big shout out to the guys out in Jordan Creek for doing the installation of my car You guys have been great and back

Radio in Jeep installed perfectly no issues & love the touch

Tony in the installed department was very help. We were able to complete the install on the first trip for an aftermarket Pioneer Apple Carplay radio in my son's car. He show me what parts to purchase, and to call to schedule a second appointment to finish the install. Thank you to Tony for taking his time to make sure my son's car was working.

1st apt on a Sunday morning. He came to the car, looked to see if I had everything he needed, explained how the install would happen, the risks of the install, and how long it was going to take

The team at my local Best Buy we’re incredibly friendly and helpful. First, there was an appointment cancellation prior to my appointment, so they called and asked if I wanted to come in and get it done earlier. I was more than happy to! Then, because they had more time, they installed my new AV unit and my dash cam all at once, saving me a trip in the future. And at every step of the way, they were communicative and helpful. This was the first time I’ve really used Geel Squad for anything, and I was beyond impressed!

I had a new radio installed after my original stereo was damaged by mechanics during a routine service. I purchased the radio with all of the bells and whistles at Best Buy for a great price and I opted to have it installed there as well. The cost of the installation was minimal and easy to schedule. While I couldn't have it installed right away due to their bust schedule around the holidays (book in advance!) I was able to get it worked in within just a few weeks. The installation only took a few hours and I was able to take care of some errands in the shopping center where the best buy was located while I waited. I would most definitely use Geek Squad installation again.

I had my in-dash master unit installed somewhere else and it didn't work right. I went to Best Buy and the technician reinstalled the unit. He was very professional and straightened out all of the problems. He connected XM to the existing factory antenna, moved the phone microphone so there wasn't feedback, and got the steering wheel controls working. I am very happy with the service that I got.

Fast, clean install completed on time. Installer sat in car with me to show me the features. Excellent service.

After the first radio installation was completed on July 12th, I noticed an electrical burning smell in the car. Within a week, my car battery died. I pulled the fuse on the radio and that fixed my car battery issue. Geek Squad was able to schedule a second appointment within 48 hours of me calling. They confirmed that there was some sort of electrical issue with the first radio and wiring harness. They installed a new radio and wiring harness and all seems to be working great. Very professional looking installation. I am very pleased.
