Very helpful. Arrive on time. Most knowledgeable, went the extra mile to make sure all was well organized and showed and explained everything to me. Very friendly and most helpful, I love how he color coded all my connections so it is easier for me to find and see what goes where.

Tom did a GREAT job at helping me out with multiple issues I was having with a stereo system. He really went above and beyond to help me out, including working overtime to troubleshoot and driving to another store HIMSELF to exchange a defective unit I received. He even used some extra time he had to do some light cleaning in my vehicle because he felt so bad with how much time and effort I had already spent on the many issues I have had with Best Buy and this product. He was kind and polite, and if he didn't make me feel so hopeful that he could help, I definitely would have returned over $350 worth of products because I was so frustrated with all of the issues I was having. Tom deserves a pay raise because you don't want to lose a good employee like him.

I don’t know the guys name who did mine, but he’s was the kind of guy you knew immediately was good at his job and there wouldn’t be any issues. Sure enough, 90 min later I left with a perfectly flush, new stereo and a pair of new speakers. Six weeks later, no issues at all. So yea, I would highly recommend this service if they’re all like him.

Jay was so helpful and did a great job with my backup camera and radio install! He took time after installing it to go over all of the features and helped me with setting up the Bluetooth. He took his time on it, and it looks great. I recommend getting services done here!

I was very impressed with the professional stereo installation that Ashlee did in my car including steering wheel controls. Everything works perfectly and looks great! She took the time to connect my phone to Bluetooth and show me how to operate the system. She is an expert and took the time to do a good job! My car is old and plastic trim gets brittle so I was worried that parts might get broken during installation. She was very careful and nothing was broken. In fact, I stuck a piece of cardboard in the dash to stop a rattle. When I got the car back, the cardboard was gone and so was the rattle. All the wires were neatly tucked out of sight, I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to Ashlee Burnett to have her install any type of stereo equipment, speakers, backup cameras or anything else.

This was my first time upgrading an auto stereo system and had a lot of questions. Manny was awesome in helping me through the process and making the experience as easy as possible - everything from ordering the equipment and picking it up at a local BestBuy to find a suitable time for the install. In fact, when the original appointment at another BestBuy location had to be canceled, Manny stepped in and made time to squeeze us into his schedule. When I needed to make a follow-up visit to tweak one of the equipment, he was able to promptly provide the support we needed even though it was very close to closing time. All-in-all, it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Manny and the Secaucus store.

I need to bring my car back in, the camera isn’t working. It was restarting on its own, and the wiring wasn’t tucked all the way in to the places they installed. I just haven’t had time to go back

The stereo works well and I am plenty happy with that, but the tech that serviced my car returned it with many panels misaligned as well and various clips broken/bent. I had to pull quite a few panels apart to fix it back up.

Purchased a new radio for my vehicle and went with Best Buy because they had the radio I wanted, were comparable in price with Crutchfield, and the install was free. Saved me the hassle. They scheduled and 1-2 hours to do it but since I was the only vehicle in the shop at the time, two employees worked on it and got it done in about 45 minutes! It was a clean install and everything worked fine. The only problem was they did not tell me how to set up the bluetooth. (The settings option on the radio was not available.) I had to go to the website to read the detailed instructions to find out that I needed to engage the emergency brake a few times to get the settings option to pop up. Easy enough once I new what to do. Other than that, great job.

I had my in-dash master unit installed somewhere else and it didn't work right. I went to Best Buy and the technician reinstalled the unit. He was very professional and straightened out all of the problems. He connected XM to the existing factory antenna, moved the phone microphone so there wasn't feedback, and got the steering wheel controls working. I am very happy with the service that I got.

Have had many items installed in my vehicles by Best Buy. Always right the first time.

The customer service was absolutely incredible. They were polite, educated on the product and patient. With two phone calls I was able to order everything to the store and make an appointment for the free installation. This doesn't get any easier then this!

I had an in-dash nav and rear camera installed. It was done in record timing and done professionally. Looks like it was stock. Very friendly and informative employees. I didnt even know Best Buy offers these services but glad they do. Cant beet the price either.

He did such a great job that when i had to remove the dash cam (to put in another car) i struggle for a soild hour + and what ever sticky stuff they used i could not get the same result

I had a Subaru factory car stereo whose Bluetooth connection always had issues and was planning to get a car play stereo. I was able to find a nice deal on JVC car stereo and the best thing of getting it from Best Buy is that the stereo installation is free of cost . The geek squad will even replace the new one with old one if at anytime u want to sell the car and that is also free of cost and we just we need to keep the paper bill as they haven’t digitized it yet . It took a while to get me a schedule for the stereo installation as it was holiday time . The Greek squad team in Richfield did a great job of setting everything perfectly .I would always recommend these guys for stereo buying and installation!
