I am very pleased with the decision to let Geek Squad install my new car receiver, a job that I had done myself in the past. The installation included a new car receiver, steering wheel controls and a backup camera. The installer was very competent and attentive. He did a great job cleaning up the mess of wiring I had created during my previous installations. He asked for feedback during the installation and made sure to do it exactly the way I wanted (e.g. backup camera placement). He performed the work cleanly and efficiently. I am very happy with everything he did and everything was functioning perfectly the first time - something that never happened when I used to do it myself :)

Good service, but the time estimate was off by two hours so I was delayed two hours of getting my car back and I had to be somewhere 30 min after I got my car so I was rushed and was not expecting that. My apple CarPlay is echoing when I’m on the phone so I need to bring it back in to be fixed.

He was knowledgeable and helped my son so much gave him help with speakers a little bummed his dash was cracked during installation but it is a 2007 so I guess it comes with territory but other then that he helped with lists of speakers and knowledge

This installation was great. I did start having issues with my speakers immediately after installation. Overall thought the experience was great.

Tech was great no issues. Service was fast. She even gave me a little tutorial on how to use it. Will definitely recommend.

We cannot Express enough gratitude with the installation department. They were amazing and extremely knowledgeable and caring. I say caring because on a trip in there I wasn't feeling very well but needed to just get out of the house so I went with my husband. Unfortunately I got very dizzy and lightheaded and was feeling like I was about to faint . They jumped in right away with a chair and some water and what could they do to help. They went and got everything we needed and had it rung up and checked out in no time while my husband tended to me. They got everything taken care of answered all our questions and even called to make sure all was well. We definitely will be headed back again .

The installation experience with the Geek Squad was friendly. The technician showed us how to operate the newly installed sound system and the many features it possessed. The installer was very professional and I was quite pleased with the results. I highly recommend Geek Squad!!!

Had a radio installed by Dave, who was very helpful and informative. He recognized that I was given a wrong part for the installation and replaced it for free. He also walked me through the basic operations of the radio after he installation. Excellent service!

Scotty was awesome! Your sales staff had me purchase items that Scotty could not use to install a radio I had purchased even though Dom was shown exactly what was purchased, Scotty made it right. Maybe the sales people should check with the installers before they act like they know what is needed.

The team at my local Best Buy we’re incredibly friendly and helpful. First, there was an appointment cancellation prior to my appointment, so they called and asked if I wanted to come in and get it done earlier. I was more than happy to! Then, because they had more time, they installed my new AV unit and my dash cam all at once, saving me a trip in the future. And at every step of the way, they were communicative and helpful. This was the first time I’ve really used Geel Squad for anything, and I was beyond impressed!

The installer was really good. The install was fast. He warned me about potential problems ahead of time. He checked to see if the radio I was going to install met my needs, and offered a couple options. Good guy. Radio works great.

The Geeks at Best Buy Northlake (Charlotte) do it right. I lucked into being helped by Melanie quite a while ago. She makes dealing with the items I've bought at BB worry free. She hooked me up with Jesse James to have my car receiver installed. William (His real name) went over everything I needed to make sure I was happy then installed everything very quickly then went over the features of the new radio+. Best Buy, even as big as they are, should always remember to value and do what they can for their good employees. The two mentioned above from the Geek Squad reflect on my confidence in choosing Best Buy. Anyhow, the installation went WAY better than I expected and I'll be back.

Since long, I wanted get double din head unit in my RX8. I tried with cheap china andriod models but it died during summer which is why I wanted better brand. Bestbuy had offers at right time, called up for installation on my car so I had to check with the store which right expertise and I found it at Union, NJ. Geek Squad Agent was very well verse with the car and has done great job installing the headunit in 30 mins. Also, fixed the sub and amp to work with the headunit. Neat and Clean job. I enjoy even today and I remember the agent who installed the unit. Bestbuy's Geek Squad is very good.
