Fantastic installation process. Timely, accurate, done with care and they gave me personal service on how to use when finished. I am impressed and highly satisfied with the installation!

I had a new radio installed after my original stereo was damaged by mechanics during a routine service. I purchased the radio with all of the bells and whistles at Best Buy for a great price and I opted to have it installed there as well. The cost of the installation was minimal and easy to schedule. While I couldn't have it installed right away due to their bust schedule around the holidays (book in advance!) I was able to get it worked in within just a few weeks. The installation only took a few hours and I was able to take care of some errands in the shopping center where the best buy was located while I waited. I would most definitely use Geek Squad installation again.

After the first radio installation was completed on July 12th, I noticed an electrical burning smell in the car. Within a week, my car battery died. I pulled the fuse on the radio and that fixed my car battery issue. Geek Squad was able to schedule a second appointment within 48 hours of me calling. They confirmed that there was some sort of electrical issue with the first radio and wiring harness. They installed a new radio and wiring harness and all seems to be working great. Very professional looking installation. I am very pleased.

I was extremely happy with the fact that John from auto installations in Best Buy Santee, Ca was able to help select the parts as well as handle the installation so that the existing functionality of the steering wheel controls continued to function seamlessly. When he was unable to determine from the literature which of 2 possible harness kits were appropriate, he had me buy both and promised that he would refund the cost of the unused part. This kept the installation on schedule and the the steering wheel controls worked flawlessly. The refund for the unused part was processed immediately upon installation. Great job John!!!

The install was fast and expertly done but difficult to schedule. They were booked for a month solid before I could get an appointment. When I arrived for the install, it became apparent that the instructions provided by the manufacturer for my vehicle were incorrect. I had to order an additional piece, and the store manager was nice enough to compensate me for my lost time given that I would now how to wait additional time. The mistake was certainly on the side of the installer, but they were given bad information, so it would be hard to fault the installer. My only complaint is that the price for labor was about $50 higher than I felt appropriate.

These guys at the Temecula store work very hard and did a great job. This will be my go to shop from now on.

The service i received at Best Buy was top notch. While my items had been paid for, the order was never placed. This ended up being a lengthy process untangling this mess, but the Best Buy salesperson and the manager were very professional and patient. They were apologetic and efficiently solved the problem.

Tech did excellent job installing car stereo. Was fast and efficient. Made sure he took good care of my car while in his possession. Would highly recommend his services again. If I ever need another stereo I will return to Best Buy and the tech

I apologize I cannot remember the names of the guys that did my install. They did an amazing job and got me in fast. I did not expect to have it done today - I was just checking on prices. I was pleasantly surprised that they could get me in. The guys were also super informative, helpful and honest about everything. It was an A+ visit all the way around. I was hesitant to go to a store like this for car audio installation honestly, but after this experience I would probably start here next time.

Great job, my wife was happy with the present that that gave to her car. The sound, back up cam and connection with CarPlay are amazing. You made an excellent service.

I bought my in dash stereo somewhere else and had the Geek Squad install. They did a pretty good job. At first when I told them I want all my remaining factory stuff to still work they said no that it probably would not. I bought the wiring hardness so that it would. So even though they were not familiar with this unit they got it figured out and everything works great. I would have given them 5 stars but two days after install my panel popped off and wires was hanging down. I fixed it my self. No problem.

Overall, we are happy with the install and the technicians fast and professional work. However, the lack of available appointments and lead times before availability happen are slim and excruciating. My husband gifted the stereo for my older model truck for Christmas, but the instal couldn’t happen until February.

Great work! Did the job fast and well done. I sat in the waiting room with my toddler and waited patiently for what I thought would take over an hour but it took less than an hour.

Ireland installed my new radio into my 2008 Chrysler Aspen. I had mistakenly thought that this car did NOT have an amplifier. Ireland caught this mistake and ordered the correct adapter. The radio is sounding GREAT and I am still learning all that it can do.

The technician that did the installation did a wonderful job. I can't praise him enough. I mentioned that I was thinking of adding a backup camera and he made excellent recommendations on several products. He even made sure that the wiring was in place so make the backup installation easier. He went over the unit and explained how it worked. He made sure I could work it. He did a great job of installing it. I liked his work so much, I had him install the backup camera that I got from Best Buy. I recommended him to my son, who had his new receiver installed by the same technician.

The installation service was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, polite technicians explained every detail about the service to me and gave me recommendations about my purchase. That was my first time with this service and it is 100% recommended.
