They did an amazing job installing my Radio. When I had questions they were great at answering them. They were quick to do their work and they did a really good job implementing them. I've had no issues with any of the work they did and it has been quite a while since they put the radio in.

I love the unit, but here's a warning: if you set a passcode, write it down somewhere! If you can't remember it, you have to send the radio back to pioneer and pay them to reset it! They also didn't inform me the passcode was a minimum of five characters. Unwittingly, I used a four number code, and it accepted it. After countless attempts to unlock it, I tried adding a space at the end as a fifth character, and it unlocked. Pure luck. I was livid.

Tech was great doing our install! He even took the time to walk us thru what work he did and how to use things on our new radio install and backup camera. He was very knowlegible. Since he was younger I hope he stays there for a while at the Columbia, Mo. location. I totally forgot his name but sure after I finish writing this and submitting I will remember it. High high highly recommend services for your vehicle installs!!!!

Professional, fast, great job! I was going to have another audio place do the install but after reading reviews of Kokomo, IN Bestbuy installer it was a better option to choose best buy..So happy we did! Thanks !!

I would call on the Geek Squad service for everything that needs to be repaired. My husband received from me a car radio; he was having issues that he did not know how to operate, schedule an appointment, and Geek Squad fixed and showed him how to operate his new radio. Now when we get in his truck, the music sound so good; I will use this service for anything; I even have Geek Squad on all my computers.

I purchased a Rosen unit online (through ebay). The unit came with the appropriate harnesses, accessories, and instructions. It was all a matter of reading them. I wasn't comfortable with performing the installation myself, so I went with Best Buy. The price is great, especially considering that audio stores were charging $300+ to install the same unit... AND they wanted me to purchase their harnesses even after I explained that the dealer (ROSEN) provided everything. The technician was nice and helpful. Even gave me a little extra time to show me how the unit works. #TwoThumbsUp

My experience with Best Buy was phenomenal! They have great customer service that is fast and friendly. I got a Pioneer radio put in and the finished product is flawless. The level of professionalism is top notch. Everything works smoothly and I'm extremely satisfied! Jay was extremely knowledgeable on what I needed for my car. He informed me on what other options were there during my car radio installation. I would definitely come back and continue to have more features installed!

Agent replaced my regular radio with a double din. He did a great job...everything looks great. All I would recommend is to check all you standard equipment after installation...as I just noticed my regular USB plug in in NOT working now...I have yet to go back in and see what happened...as my free time is very small...but plan to go back. He was so professional and kind that I sure he can fix whatever happened. Quality service from the installer.

Gary in Canton did awesome work. He was friendly and explained what would work best with our Jeep. We love the new stero system and back up cam. It's been a great upgrade. I would work with Best Buy Geek Squad again for sure!

The camera was already installed by my husband but he couldn’t get it to work correctly. The guys checked it out and ends up he left one wire unattached. They got it working.

The installation was fast, professional, and perfectly done.

I bought a 2009 Ford Taurus and didn't care for the factory radio too much. I went to the Baybrook Best Buy and purchased a new Alpine radio. Everyone at the store was very professional and polite. I got the free installation and got the radio installed at the Gulfgate Best Buy. The gentleman that installed the radio, Roland, did an excellent job. He was very thorough and explained everything that was done. Thank you Roland and Best Buy!

Robert Rojsutivat deserves a pay raise for representing Best Buy. Not only did he do a great job on the installation, but he was responsible for getting me to purchase the unit and was very knowledgeable and honest about what to expect and what I needed. Please hire more individuals like Robert. Best Buy has won me as a customer and will continue to shop there because of my great experience with Robert Rojsutivat. I will highly recommend Best Buy to others because of Robert.

Did a fantastic installation of an aftermarket in dash stereo and back up camera.

Extraordinary service began with Destiny recommending the next model that included Apple Carplay which we are so happy to have. Mitch and Clayton did a superb job installing our radio. They finished on time with service exceeding expectations.

This installation was great. I did start having issues with my speakers immediately after installation. Overall thought the experience was great.

The 2 Geek Squad guys at Millennial Mall Best Buy in Orlando we’re excellent! They called me ahead to let me know my GA Best Buy had ordered me the wrong parts in time to have them delivered before my installation appointment. Then when they had trouble with my Jeep placing the camera, they stayed late to get it done right! Great guys….. thanks again!
