Excellent installation with all of the cables hidden and everything in the right place. We had scheduling difficulties, but we finally got around them.

Installation was awesome. I had to drop my vehicle off a day early since installation was done while I was working and everyone was very accommodating and had great communication.

The installer, Cody, was excellent and was very informative, letting me know what he was going to do and how long it would take. It turned out I needed another part that I hadn't previously purchased and he called to let me know and asked if I wanted to purchase the part or not instead of just putting it in and charging me later. He was very helpful and professional!

I had a full stereo install completed on my Porsche Cayenne with the Geek Squad at the East Brunswick NJ location. As someone who is VERY particular about my vehicles, I chose this location, and Auto Install Tech Mike personally. This is the second install I had completed there, and I am 100% satisfied again! Mike's attention to detail and his professionalism are second to none. Kudos to him and the rest of the staff at Best Buy. Do not hesitate for a minute with these guys - they are the BEST!!! Thanks!

Got radio touch screen wireless and remote start install for my holidays

I bought an after market carplay device for my 2007 Tundra. We had a great conversation on the phone prior to ensure that I had the correct Metra panel and wiring hardness. The tech was incredbily friendly and was done with the install in 90 minutes. Great work!

The techs that installed my audio system did a very professional job and my unit looked as if it was installed in the car when I purchased it from Chrysler. The only thing I had trouble with was trying to set an appointment in a reasonably short time period because they were understaffed and had to borrow techs from other locations to do the job after waiting almost three weeks for the original appointment on a weekday afternoon.

My mother's Old Lincoln's stereo gave up the ghost and fixing it in Natchez MS was extremely expensive due to a lack of choice. Enter Best Buy. I purchased all of the required parts for a quarter the price, From my desk in Denver CO. I made arrangements for the car to go Baton Rouge LA Where the Best Buy installed the deck and all three parts needed to fit the old ride. Mom now has tunes and NAV

Chris, from Best Buy at Edgewood did my installation. He did a great job installing the Kendwood car stereo and backup cameras but I have one small problem. Everything works except for when I’m using Apple CarPlay to make a phone call, I have no sound on my side, meaning I can’t hear them, but I believe they can hear me. He did a lot of troubleshooting but can’t figure it out. He even put in a new Stereo but same result. My main reason for installing the stereo was to have Apple CarPlay but without being able to use the phone, it’s not doing me much good. I’m thinking Chris should do some research or make some phone calls to figure out what the problem is.

The agent did the review and inspection of my Apple Watch. He made a comment that my watch was pretty dirty, which I thought was unnecessary, the watch face was cracked from being hit while I was working. He then told me the watch would be sent off and back to me in less than a week. 2 1/2 weeks later I called to check on the status of the watch to be told that they had no record of it and couldn’t find it. I then had to go into the store and take my paperwork so they could try and find my watch. When they looked it up, they said that Apple had no record of it and they would have to try and find it. I was sent away empty handed and had to wait another 4 days before being told the watch was found and would be ready for pick up soon. I waited for an email or call for another 3 days and finally called and asked if the watch was back and ready to pick up. The agent said oh yeah it came in today, we were going to call you but must have gotten busy. I was not happy with the lack of give a crap by any of the agents that assisted me.

The gentleman installing was awesome! As a matter of fact, the day I went to set up my appointment he advised that there was a sale on the radio next week and I would be able to get installation for free. How helpful was that! Super friendly and knowledagable about the whole process. The day of my appointment went smooth and he was done befre the scheduled time. He explained how everything worked and I was on my way. Great service!!

The Car Installers at Best Buy are knowledgeable, precise and perfect in their installing techniques. The prices to install are very reasonable and cheaper than the two car installer shops I contacted. I had purchased my navigation unit, camera etc at Crutchfields and brought it to the Best Buy car geeks to install along with the installation necessities supplied to me from Crutchfields. The man at Best Buy gave a complete 'How to operate this" to us after installation. Would certainly recommend Best Buy car geek squad to do any further installation I or anybody else needs to have.

Our Best Buy installer Nick is fabulous!! We could not say enough about his great customer service. He helped us with the same unit on several occasions prior to purchase. While waiting on our arrival of headrest DVDs to arrive he researched a question concerning the radio and called us with out us even asking. His install was in a timely matter and he went out of his way to give curtsey calls during the install time. He took the extra time and was very patent while demoing the unit once installed. Great job and strongly encourage others to ask for him at the Denton location.

installation works quite well. Discussed pro and cons with tech, to find the best sound from infiniti's. Sound is clear and true. Bells and whistles function. Tech was thorough with explanation of use of system. Kinda cool when the head unit picks up on the last song playing when I start the truck again. Install was clean without loose ends.

Great service, but extremely expensive. I did not know that the service agreement changed and not members do not get insulation included with purchase.

The in dash installation of the new stereo was professionally done and the unit looks like it was always part of the vehicle. Everything was completed and the vehicle returned in pristine condition. The installer gave a great overview of the features and functionality as best as he could while protecting our health by wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing. Installation was completed in about half the time quoted for the job.

Geek squad did an excellent job installing my new radio on my truck. It looks like factory radio and they explained how it works and details for warranty. Highly recommended.
