Great recommendations and great install. Everything works as should the were very helpful.

I typically do my own car stereo installations but this was included free with the purchase of a new stereo. The installer took his time to check in my car and note any installation concerns. The work was done in a timely manner and the car was returned as clean as when I dropped it off. Overall, I'm happy I went with geek squad installation and will likely use them again in the future.

Great system easy to use no problem so far. Would definitely choose it again.

The 2 Geek Squad guys at Millennial Mall Best Buy in Orlando we’re excellent! They called me ahead to let me know my GA Best Buy had ordered me the wrong parts in time to have them delivered before my installation appointment. Then when they had trouble with my Jeep placing the camera, they stayed late to get it done right! Great guys….. thanks again!

While the radio installation went well, the backup camera cable ripped apart the firs time I lowered the top (2001 SLK320). The technicians went to replace the camera, but determined that the cable would rip apart again. I got the purchase refunded to my card. I am satisfied with the explanation.

My geek squad install was simple and nice looking. I dropped my car off and grabbed some food from across the road. When I finished eat I got a call saying it was ready. They showed me the functions of the radio and asked if I had any questions before I leave. The installer was perfect. I saw him a couple weeks after and he spent a little time showing me other up grades to my project. 92 mustang double din install?

Dave was awesome and very egar to please me as his customer.. he went above and beyond to get my stereo installed the day i want in to purchase it.. even stayed late to get it done.. he is awesome.. other purchases throughout the store that day were also exception with the sales people.. we had an awesome experience shopping that day..just don't need to call in because you get no where.. you have to go to the store to actually talk to some one.. the new call center filtering the calls is a waste of time and i am sure customers will be lost because of it..

Aiden was great. Solid guy who knew his stuff. The indash nav has breathed new life into an old car and solved lots of inconvenience issues (ie: no charging port in dash, having an external hands free kit, phone dying while using google maps etc.) Don't have to worry about any of that now. Absolutely worth it and at an incredible price. Most custom audio shops were easily 2.5x this cost. (trust me I checked.)

I would call on the Geek Squad service for everything that needs to be repaired. My husband received from me a car radio; he was having issues that he did not know how to operate, schedule an appointment, and Geek Squad fixed and showed him how to operate his new radio. Now when we get in his truck, the music sound so good; I will use this service for anything; I even have Geek Squad on all my computers.

Geek Squad is just amazing. Every time I deal with them is better then the last.

He did a great job installing my radio! The first one I ordered on crutchfield was refurbished and some of the functions did not work so he made sure to let me know and have me come back and get a new radio, there was no charge for the first appointment! The second time it was supposed to take around 2-3 hours but he had it done in an hour and a half! Looks great sounds great and everything was very clean when I got my car back! No wires sticking out, no pieces of wire anywhere super clean and would definitely recommend!

The installation staff was amazingly friendly and did a superb job of installing our Kenwood audio /Carplay system, and then explained how it works. Exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend using this service at Best Buy!

Tech was great doing our install! He even took the time to walk us thru what work he did and how to use things on our new radio install and backup camera. He was very knowlegible. Since he was younger I hope he stays there for a while at the Columbia, Mo. location. I totally forgot his name but sure after I finish writing this and submitting I will remember it. High high highly recommend services for your vehicle installs!!!!

Davo did an awesome job installing my radio. Everything works great. He even took the time to set my clock to the correct time. And put in extra effort to make sure everything at flush in my dash.

Had my new Pioneer radio with Car Play installed at Best Buy. The unit was installed on time and with a clean finish. I was very impressed with installers superior technical ability and his craftsmanship.

I wish I could remember my agents name, he was the best! While he was installing my radio, he found my heater switch melting a cleaned it up, then my power window switch was falling into my door and he fixed that too! I'm a proud total tech member and a huge fan of the Geeks! Phenomenal job guys!

The guys at the Ann Arbor Lohr Rd. location did a great job installing my new stereo and are very friendly when going over various questions/concerns. They asked where I wanted the USB port installed and were even able to install the microphone where I wanted it instead of where it normally would've been placed. After everything was installed, they went over the various features of the stereo and how to pair up my phone with the stereo to use Android Auto.

Agent replaced my regular radio with a double din. He did a great job...everything looks great. All I would recommend is to check all you standard equipment after installation...as I just noticed my regular USB plug in in NOT working now...I have yet to go back in and see what happened...as my free time is very small...but plan to go back. He was so professional and kind that I sure he can fix whatever happened. Quality service from the installer.
