Excellent installation with all of the cables hidden and everything in the right place. We had scheduling difficulties, but we finally got around them.

The geek squad was very knowledgeable. They were awesome.

Fast, easy, and convenient. Only took about 45 mins to complete. Went from a stock, featureless, plain, boring, mundane factory stereo head unit to a new, bright, shiny, feature packed, amazing, double din touchscreen, sweeeeeeet pioneer stereo head unit. The techs were knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Couldn't have been a better experience.

Best buy installer was extremely helpful in telling me the exact parts i needed to purchase in order to do my stereo/camera install in my SUV. Once i obtained the items I brought the car in and the work was completed in about 4 hours. I appreciated the fact that he communicated regularly with me on his progress and getting my input on specific parts of the installation. Job was well done and i would certainly use him again.

The stereo works well and I am plenty happy with that, but the tech that serviced my car returned it with many panels misaligned as well and various clips broken/bent. I had to pull quite a few panels apart to fix it back up.

The tech personnel were great to work with. They actually got the stereo installed quick and easy.

Geek squad installed my in dash stereo well. Minus one star for lack of communication as it took 1 hr and 45 min longer than my apt time because the previous install went over and that was not communicated with me. The installer seemed short and annoyed by the previous job, but at the end of the day everything works as intended.

i purchased a closeout pioneer cd/dvd player for my son's 350z...the install went pretty well, except the gauges didn't work afterwards...this they fixed the next day...then the hands-free didn't work and they replaced the mic...finally, the trim kit was missing from the box and had to be re-ordered and was put on the next weekend...not an ideal install but they got it done

Very good work! One member of the squad got me signed in, checked all the things I had purchased to be sure I had everything. Within two hours, my new radio was up and working along with the back up camera that I had at the same time. Then, one of the squad gave instruction and helped me pair the radio with my phone. All in all, very friendly, conscientious, and professional.

Once supply chain issues were overcome getting all required components, the installer was thorough, competent, and polite. He explained all the capabilities of the unit and demonstrated using them. Finished the job almost an hour earlier than expected.

The guys did a great job installing my Pioneer - 7" Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® Bluetooth® Digital Media (DM) Receiver - Black, it was fast, they were great. My experience there was a great one.

The Guys at the Mankato Install garage were Awesome, Actually, replaced parts of my Installation wit a better fitment wiring harness then what was ordered when I Purchased the kit, actually, ended up saving me money. Finished exactly when they said they would. Totally recommend Mankato Install

The Techs in the vehicle installation section were kind, courteous, and professional. They never made me feel as though I was clueless. We discussed the In Dash Navigation service and the care the team would provide. It was a great experience. I was in and out in no time.

Installer did a clean and neat install. Knowledgable. About 3 hours for installing Deck and backup camera. Only wished he'd adjusted the back up lines for me. Didn't noticed they were off till a few days later. Youtube vids showed me how to adjust them. Went to an empty parking lot for side lines. Used spare car for Red warning line.

Radio install looks good however I have to bring it back in two weeks because when my phone is hooked up to the radio and someone calls me it completely shuts the radio of and reboots.

Our service/install tech (Nathan) was awesome. The parts that were listed as a match online were not. He helped us get the right parts and worked to make sure we could reschedule the install when it worked for us! His install and communication were awesome- we are very pleased with that experience
