I ordered a radio on line to go to the store where it would be installed, the day before the installation the radio was sold. The store manager called me and explained what happen, he said that they had a different more expensive radio that they would replace it with. when I got to the store I wasn't happy with the new radio so the manager ordered a new radio over night and I had it installed 2 days later

Chris and Travis at the Union City Best Buy store in California did an incredible job installing my receiver and amplifier. I have an older vehicle which required extensive work to get everything installed properly. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and that all the components worked flawlessly. Thank you to the both of you!

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a wonderful job installing my satellite ready radio and four speakers. They made sure it looked like the stereo and speakers were the ones originally installed by the car manufacturer. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They made sure I knew how to use most of the functions of the radio after the installation. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

The agents did quick and great work. Everything works and nothing in the car was damaged.

Another flawless install by Brandon again,everything is perfect,and took the Tim to tune everything in and never felt rushed,the Buford Georgia shop truly is the best.I take both my cars there to get all my upgraded audio done and will continue too,its no wonder its so busy there,but once again I never feel rushed and he went over everything,highly recommend these guys!

We purchased a new in-dash stereo with Apple/Google Play/Navigation for a 2015 Chevy Express 3500 van & we love it! The purchase, and shipping of the accessories, along with the installation all went extremely well & done in a timely fashion.

Although it took a while to schedule a service due to Covid and the install team not being open again yet. When I did get called back to schedule an appointment the tech worked me in that day due to them being out the next two weeks and me going on vacation the next day. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and I really appreciated that!

Lane at the Bismarck Best Buy did a stellar job on the installation on my Camaro, not one, but twice. They returned and installed the upgrade seamlessly, with full functionality, just as one would and should expect.

The technician was very courteous, and willing to be flexible with wire routing and Sirius system placement. Very knowledgable and helpful in explaining the operation of the unit. Will not hesitate to recommend this facility for automotive electronics installation... Excellent personnel at the Morse Road (Columbus Ohio) facility.

Good installation but I would think since people pay good money on the actual system being installed and the actual installation itself, that Best Buy would no tack on so many other fees and other stuff. It would also have been great to be informed that the system cords for the car Play would be sticking out. Overall the guy install guy was nice.

My Installer was professional, knowledgeable and explained the "operation" from start to finish, what could "possibly" be an issue and informed me of what my options were should complications arise. He was honest, professional and knew HIS BUSINESS!. I did not expect such talent from a "Big Box Store". Anthony was great! Thanks and I love the install and my new stereo!

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the car radio. They knew what additional installation items were necessary to install the radio and the backup camera. They also were pretty accurate on the amount of time it would take to install the item. The only problem incurred was the gear shift lever is too close to the radio so they are going to replace the radio with the model that doesn’t open.

I debated for a while whether to upgrade my car stereo or not. I had gone into my local Best Buy a few times to look at the stereo's. I ended up buying an open box and the basic install package. They did an awesome job in a minimal time. I actually waited there while the install was done. I was a little concerned that it was an open box but it ended up being the "PERFECT" choice. The install and the purchase!
