The new Kenwood Radio/video system with the added backup camera installation was completed within a reasonable time. However there is a lot of glare on the screen that I do not have on my Honda Odyssey, and it appears to be the orientation of the screen or that it is not recessed into the dash.

Sales associate told me about TotalTech Support. For just under $200 a year it covers installs on stereo, backup camera, speaker installs in pairs for each row of seating , etc, steering wheel controls install, etc. ..can’t beat it. Prior to total tech each item was additional to have installed. This program saved me hundreds and continues to have lots of other perks!

I had almost given up on doing my installations with bestbuy after my experience at the midtown location in Charlotte NC. Glad I tried another location caremelo was very professional he DID NOT seem annoyed when asked questions about how to use the product . In fact he said its my job I don't mind . he did an awesome job and my kid is happy . Oh and no surprise fees like the midtown location in Charlotte nc

The agents worked very quickly to get my car stereo installed. I was told over the phone that it typically takes 2 to 2 and half hours to get my stereo installed. The agents had me in and out in under 42 minutes.

I had used Pioneer before but decided to try an Alpine radio this time but it had issues with Android auto. Went back to Pioneer and have not had any issues since. Next time I'll stick to what works.

Grant was awesome. It has been about 7 months with no radio. My dealership has been absolutely worthless in fixing my audio problem. I decided to just purchase a new radio and the techs at Best Buy, especially Grant, have been beyond helpful.

The agent installed receiver with steering controls and rearview cam and did a great job.

The install took more than several hours because I had an amplifier, 6 speakers and Pioneer Radio installed. The wait was well worth it because the audio system sounds fantastic. After the install was finished they showed me how to navigate the system. I love getting into my car now that I have a good audio system to listen to opposed to the factory radio.

I had an Apple CarPlay CD player installed in my wife’s car. The technician described exactly what needed to be done, giving me an option as to where to put charger cable. Finished job as described, within promised time frame. When my wife had an issue with being understood in making voice-activated call, the technician moved the microphone’s location—-at no additional charge.

The Geek Squad was very professional, kind, and courteous when installing my new radio in my car. They treat your car with respect and clean up when done with the job. They make sure everything works and is done right. And they aren’t happy until the customer is happy.

Install was great the Tech that installed my radio was very friendly and patient At the end of the day everything went according to plan would recommend anyone needing an install to check out Best Buy And what it cost to get done was Considerably fair Would recommend

As usual, the installation was top notch, and the install went quickly, but was so well done. Tech took the time to let me know the steps I needed to take to finish the setup between my phone and the new radio, but there wasn't much to that as they had already done most of that work too!

The installation was quicker than expected and the technician explained everything to me with every detail. I will definitely be coming back for future installs.

A+ to the installer at Westminster Store CO included Maestro MRr Module and Toyota Adatalink steering TO1 harness everything works in concert including engine gauges and CarPlay my 2007 in right up with 2020 Tacomas or 4Runners. Nice upgrade

I had the factory installed radio/CD player in my daughter's 2005 Honda Civic upgraded to a new Kenwood CD/DVD, Bluetooth, Apple iPod-ready receiver. The Geek Squad Autotech was awesome. He was ready at the scheduled appointment, texted me when the car was ready. He spent time afterwards explaining every aspect of the new receiver as well as the lifetime workmanship guarantee. He was totally professional, friendly, etc.

The gentlemen who assisted in the installation of my car radio where very careful when handling my car. They even made me aware that in the 2006 Nissan Altima the dash is prone to crack before they started the installation... which I already knew cuz my dash was already cracked. Even so they were extra careful in handling my car! Overall the installation came out Clean and precise..

The installer removed my old factory Nissan head unit and replaced it with my Amazon purchased Pioneer AVH-2500NEX. Wiring was done cleanly and quickly (under 2 hours). Very happy with the install. Called promptly when he finished, and gave me a quick rundown on how everything worked after setting the dates and stuff. Definitely recommended!

The purchase of the in-dash unit, ordering the proper install kits ahead of the appointment, and the actual installation was outstanding. At the time of pick-up, the technician was able to address our initial questions of unit operations and Bluetooth set up. He also gave us a card and phone number to call for any issues or further questions.
