Installation for a Pioneer Double DIN deck was flawless! Dan (9 years experience) had incredible knowledge and installation advice. Joe (33 years experience) did the job while going above and beyond expectations. Updates the look of an aging car as if it were factory. I have scheduled speaker, amp, backup camera and car starter install. Much more than I expected in every way. Highly recommend.

I was very cautious in who I would let touch my vehicle after going to Best Buy in Ithaca NY. and speaking with Brian. He'd made us feel so comfortable because he was so knowledgeable and his professionalism was out standing and his work was even better

I ended up not buying the product, but largely due to the Geek Squad being honest with me. My old one did not seem to work well, but what I was buying would not have been a big improvement for my needs. It was great that they were honest with me. Even though I didn't buy the product, it instilled confidence in the company's values.

The install technician did a grewat job and the install was dine in a coulke hours

i love my new in dash radio. best buy installer did a good job installing it and giving suggestions on where to mount the mic. only thing I didn't like was spending the extra money on accessories. I think when you offer a installation, all of those little small accessories should be included in the installation cost.

The auto install team was quick, courteous, and clean. After the installation, the staff explained their warranty and oriented me with my new purchase. Before leaving they answered my questions about add-ons and upgrades, then invited me back if I had any future questions about my system.

Wow! Love me my geeks! My Tech was aware of problems due to external problems from a faulty window repair. He fought for me to get it covered and when you have the “ power of the geeks”, whom are known for advanced technical training, the Window repair people replaced my entire car stereo without hesitation!

This is the best car radio I've ever had, and love the fact that it's for iPhone users. It may not come with Bluetooth as many people wish you did but since it has an auxiliary, I just put a wireles since it has an auxiliary, I just put auxiliary Bluetooth receiver that was about 10 bucks and resolve that issue. Besides that, love the CarPlay and recommend anybody who uses Siri while They drive.

I wasn't expecting much from free installation, but I was wrong. It took the team about 4 to 5 hours to install my system. It was done professionally with extra care and planning. My in dash system looks like it was a factory installed job. Very happy with the aesthetic.

The installer at the Jacksonville, NC BestBuy is Steve Cronkhite. He is a certified "Master Installer" and a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful person. When I picked out the radio I needed for my Mercedes Sprinter van Steve assisted with the selection and ensured we ordered all parts necessary for a clean professional install. The geek squad guy was very negative and couldnt get the radio to sit right kn dash. It took me 5 minutes to do it at home. Was bery disappointed in the service

Quality of work was good. Kept me informed and even tried to get me in earlier than I had reserved. Only issue is they could not get the backup camera that was already installed working with the radio.

I had purchased the Pioneer AVH 521 on Fathers Day sale while free installations were not being done due to covid, and was thrilled to be able to schedule for next morning when I asked about it. Looks good, David answered my questions and discussed options well.

Install went smoothly. The tech didn’t go through any directions for use, but it really wasn’t necessary as the salesperson had done this. The unit is easy to use. Very intuitive. The products such as the harness the salesperson had recommended were necessary and used in the install. We have always been pleased withBest Buy’s products and services.

All the above items were used to install my JVC audio/video double din system in my VW Tiguan by Cherokee and Chris of the geek squad. The system works great and Cherokee and Chris went above and beyond to make everything just right. They not only did an outstanding job, they did it without delay. These guys are "TOPS" in my book, it has been a pleasure doing business with them & Bestbuy
