GeekSquad installation makes sure to cover everything needed to get a new stereo working correctly, fully programmed, and ready to go. I had a couple issues that were with the parts needing to be programmed differently, and the tech worked with me to get things to function the way I wanted them to.

The agent installed an aftermarket stereo in our truck. He was able to get the backup camera and steering wheel controls fuctioning as well!

I took my car in to get a new stereo installed in my car, Brandon was excellent! He did a great job installing, showing me the different features, hooked up my phone to the bluetooth & even installed a splash screen that was the same as the make of my car. My factory installed GPS in my vehicle was acting up and was old. I asked for a good price with install from my dealership, but found that Best Buy offered the best deal. Now I have a new upgraded GPS installed in my vehicle and I am very satisfied with it so far.

Interactions were great from the start, explaining what he was going to be doing and gave me a time frame of an hour I come back an hour later (went shopping/browsing in the meantime) and it was all complete. The installer walked me through on how to use the radio and what functions were on it plus my warranty.

The install guy at the Selma location is awesome and had the radio installed in about 45 mins! He originally helped me order the few parts it needed. This radio makes my 2015 jeep look so much better. Very nice quality.

Geek Squad installed a Sony in dash multimedia uint and four Kicker speakers into our Rav4. Installation was completed in time stated and finish was clean. Scheduling online was a breeze and installer was ready at scheduled time.

If you are reading this and plan on using the Best Buy in Spanish Fort Alabama let me just say that Alfredo is the man! He helped us with selecting the right components and then installed them perfectly in our vehicle. Also, the sales representative who walked us through the options was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough

The installation of the rear view camera was poor, and the view is poor.

Sean did a great job. Everything looks great. I am so glad I upgraded radio and media package from the original factory equipment. It works so much better and is more versatile than the old equipment. He even finished a little sooner than promised.

Had Kenwood receiver installed. Zero issues and tech added my phone and explained the details. Called about 2 weeks later to make sure everything was ok.

Very happy with the guys at the Appleton WI store (west, by the mall) who worked on my car. And they even made a mistake that required a second visit. But they knew what they were doing, the mistake was the "stuff happens" department, and they handled it and fixed it in classy fashion.

Saved me money, very accommodating to my schedule, even told me about all the warranties which I was totally unaware of, it has a great warranty, good info, would have liked some basic instruction on how to use the radio, first time with this radio and it took a while to figure things out, delayed me using it.

I could not have been more pleased with my installation. I had a kenwood stereo and backup camera installed in my 2010 F350. Stock-like install, very clean, camera is dead on, every input connection USB, phone, aux, bluetooth, and apps work perfectly. He even set the stereo presets to my original settings. Thorough guidance on installation and how the stereo works.

I want it understood that I rarely EVER give a 5 star review for anything. The service has to be BEYOND the call of duty. And it was. This installer is the best I have had, and I have had a few. Lose him and you will lose business for sure.
