The agent was through and quick. He had to cut a bigger hole for deck, looked great, fit great. Was professional and nice. Only reason not 5 stars is I would of appreciated the option to disable the need for the vehicle parking park to be on for movies.

the agents installed my audio system very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me how to operate every aspect of it. also told me if i had questions about product to free to call for help. he also installed back up camera and connected it to my steering wheel controls. excellent job.

James did be an Outstanding job on installing my stereo, I did not know but my vehicle had at one time another stereo in it besides the original, and some wiring was not correct, he repaired the wiring while installing the new stereo, I would definitely recommend Best Buy (Geek Squad) for installation.

The service at the installation booth was amazing. Jeff at the millennium mall location was so knowledgeable and helpful.

The two gentlemen that assisted with the installation of my stereo and back up camera were fantastic. They were very nice and informative about the process and even finished well before the estimated time.

The guys at Best Buy did a great job installing a new Kenwood in dash radio coupled with a backup camera. They made sure the radio could be controlled from the original steering wheel buttons and that the backup camera was accurately positioned to give me a true backup image. Totally happy with the installation job, very clean and professionally done.

Bought the new stereo receiver to replace original stereo. My Best Buy set up the appointment for the next day and on arriving the technician reviewed the purchase and said that there should be no issues and that he should have the install done within 1 hour + 30 minutes. True to his word, it was done, looked good and sounded very good!

i did my install at The Woodlands with Jared, first of all he helped me on configuring my system and showed me the options and benefits of the equipment, he spent a lot of time in the car, he made it sound really good. Installed all equipment clean installation and very professional. Friendly and capable, will return to add and amp and a Sub. Thank you!

Best Buy installed a new Pioneer receiver in my wife's Honda Odyssey and did a great job. Turn around time was as promised, new unit looks and sounds great and they cleaned up after themselves! I used to install car stereos in my younger days but no longer have the desire to spend my time doing it, so this was well worth it for me.

I am very happy with the installation. The technician informed me of all the additional wiring harness, installation kit and tuner I would need to install the aftermarket stereo. He also informed me of additional products that I can install on my vehicle that are compatible with this stereo unit.

I love best buy, specifically because of the deals they have for electronics. Thatp geek squad is a life saver for the peoples that love to save or have big families that buy their kids electronics and get broken damaged or need a little fix.........

This Best Buy location had a Knowledgeable team with great service, From the salesperson to the installers. They follow up with a call before your scheduled installation date, they make sure You have what you need. The only thing that I was not happy about my Scheduled wait time, Almost a month wait. Well worth it.

Oscar at Almaden San Jose Best Buy installed it super fast and was very professional throughout the process and even called me to make sure I knew the product was finished installing. I’ll be going back here for more car upgrades In the future!

Arrived a bit early and they were able to begin working on it as soon as I got there. He wasn't sure if some features (steering wheel control) would work (since it was an aftermarket stereo) but he reassured me that even if he tried, he would not charge me if these features did not work. Luckily everything was successful. Would recommend.

Guys are Best Buy are the best. They did not try to sell me something I didn’t need just listened to what I wanted. Install was perfect, no issues

They did a nice thorough job! A few stray pieces were left inside the interior of the car. I kept them just in case they end up being important. The Stereo has recently not been turning on every time I start the car. I'm trying to monitor it to see if I need to take it back to Geek Squad for maintenance.

Big Shout out to Lenny-store sales and James (I think) installer. I came in to the Dedham store location and these two gentlemen had a new In-dash stereo in my truck in under an hour. Right time right place! Thank you! That’s customer service!
