The agent did a great job showing me how to work the radio and all the features and componets it has. The agent test the radio with my phone for connection check and making sure everything is working.

The Agent Daniel was excellent he walked me though the operation and features of the device and even (i feel) went the extra mile by downloading the applicable phone app to my phone to allow the cell phone features to work. He was patient, knowlegable and professional.

This is the second truck that Dustin at Best Buy in Watertown has installed a car stereo and a rear view camera in for me. He does really nice work and definitely knows his way around the install bay. The stuff he installed for me looks like it grew there. If he works on your ride you’ll have no worries, it’s done right!

The Agents installed my remote start and alarm first then i had my radio installed and then back up camera , they did superior work everything they installed worked great , there was no mess left i will do business with them again. Great Job Thanks

They were very professional but installation took 3 times to get it right , I had to drive 1hr 3 Saturday's in a row because they couldn’t get the steering wheel controls or backup. Camera to work , it works great now but I was charged for each visit

I purchased the installation with the Geek Squad and they did a fantastic job putting the receiver into my vehicle. In fact the installation kit that I chose actually did not work with my system and they were able to find one and install it without coming back. They then refunded the unit that I brought earlier without issue.

They did a great job of installing and it looks great but hardly used any parts of the installation kit and kept all of the unused parts. A lot of money for a kit that was barely used. It does look great and overall i'm very happy with the job they did.

These Geeks know their stuff. They are very experienced in all types of installations in vehicles. Best Buy provides them with the best tools to do the job and I am very satisfied with the final result.

Only negative is he back up can installation. Had to take it back because it was missing half the picture. Now it's missing an eighth of the picture and the depth perception is bad. Also, the deck installed does not support voice commands and the steering wheel button voice command functions. Okay price.

Had my JVC double din radio installed in 2009 vehicle. First time using Geek Squad for an installation. Installer knew exactly what he was talking about, had great ideas, and did work in less time than figured. Good price. All the parts were exactly the right fit. Wally was my installer and has been working there for 20 years.

You can count on the team at the Fayetteville Best Buy to take care of you AND your installation. They go above and beyond service levels I don’t get at other retailers. I have upgraded several autos I own and Zack and Matt gets it done right with personalized service that hits it out of the ballpark!!!

These guys are great! I always hire these guys! They have always been Great on TVs and wires. Now car stereos also! 2007 Toyota but now has new tunes and back up camera, etc…. Sweet sounds!

The TV is awesome. The picture is superb and the set up was so easy. I would recommend this particular TV to anyone. Anthony was the sales person. He was so knowledgeable and helped me with the selection process and purchasing cables, etc., helping me get the best deal for the price. Best Buy always has been my favorite store and has never failed me.
