My installation was rescheduled due to COVID illness. However, it was worth the wait. He went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier. If I were his supervisor, I would give him a raise or promotion. You should feel good about having such an employee.

I got the install free, during a sale. The Guys "Sean" and "Dave" did a really good job and even helped me hunt down a really old bracket that is not produced anymore. They even did a good job fitting the install into my schedule... I work in DC and live in Baltimore, so its always hard to schedule an appointment. They did a GREAT job!!

James was very knowledgeable, helping me order correct components and insuring I knew how to use all back up camera and car stereo features after installation, before I left store.

They installed my stereo in no time, and it has been working great ever since. I highly recommend their services

The technician was very professional and fast. Asked if I had any questions about my new product and made sure everything worked. My install was basic plus many add on extra things. By the time I got thru my bill was $800.00. I was told this before I bought it but want you to know. The Tech did a great job and explained everything to be after the install. This was worth the extra money to me. At 78 years old I needed the extra support. Big thanks to my Tech.

This guy knew exactly what he was doing, to the plain and simple fact. He looked at the radio and looked at the type of car and gave me a time estimate, and seriously finished to almost the very minute estimated. There was no mess and he was very informative after the install as well as very polite. Great store to get any installation.

I would say on most of my electronics (worth anything) I always usually add the Geek Squad protection plan. Its worth the money to add just in case anything were to happen. I've only had to use the plan benefits a hand full of times but it paid for itself in those cases.

They are very busy we had to wait for a some time to get an appointment. They installed the radio good and when it broke we had to get it looked at and some wires rearranged and they did it at no cost which was awesome. They do a great job at installing radios.

Natomas location installed Alpine stereo incorrectly. Roseville location fixed everything and were extremely helpful. Steve the install tech in Roseville did a perfect job all around. Friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the situation. The install tech in Natomas had a bit of an attitude and didn’t sound welcoming when I told him my stereo sounded really bad now to the point where I felt uncomfortable with this guy working on my car and switched stores. Turns out he didn’t install the stereo correctly so I could get into my settings and change the crossover points for the bass or anything for that matter. Roseville - 1 Natomas - 0

Overall good job but I had to fix the error myself they made… My Bluetooth connection wouldn’t work… the tech used the wrong RCA inputs Pulled out the stereo myself to fix the issue

I had this radio installed for my husband. He is extremely tech disadvantaged. The Geek Squad not only installed it perfectly, but took the extra time to show him how to use every feature. He might not be able to use a smartphone, but he's great with the Bluetooth!

There was a problem with the stereo out of the box and they picked a different stereo and re-installed that one and I like it better than the one I picked. The installer went through all the functions and made sure I understood before sending me on my way.

If you are looking for a friendly person and a person that knows what he is doing use Adam from the Crestwood location to do your installation. He did a great job!!! He answered any questions that I had. He really knows about the radio I put in and I'm sure all about diff ones also that Best Buy has there to sell

Very quick and accommodating, but throughout the process I was told it was free installation which turned out false. The Best Buy Store Employee I made the order with (Who ordered the radio and steering wheel control interface) said it was free installation. The pre-installation phone agent confirmed it was all free. But when I went to install they charged an extra $60 for the steering wheel interface installation. It's messed up because it takes so long to get an appointment that the return period for the interface had passed so I was basically forced into paying more or being stuck with a useless part.

I switched to the Best Buy in Citrus Heights after going to the one in Sacramento for 3 appointments prior...so glad i switched and he did it all for me. Great guy, was super nice and absolutely amazing. Knew his stuff and helped me out so so much.

The Geek squad installed a Kenwood receiver into my 2008 Tundra and did an outstanding job! This is the third vehicle they have install a receiver for me. Their workmanship is flawless and they take the time to go over all the functions of the new receiver. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!
