the guy at Rivergate needs help.. he forgot to hook up dash lights..... could not get in touch with him call left messages and he never return any of them so we had to take it back and got the run around,,,45 min. late we finally got it fix.

The bestbuy in Woodbridge NJ did a great job at installing my radio in my car. There was a problem with the original radio I purchased and the tech switched out my radio 1-2-3 with no issues. They even checked a previous item I had installed because I was having an issue. Great service!

I was highly impressed with the knowledge of the installer at the Conroe Texas store. He knew his stuff, he was polite and courteous, and he got me in and out quickly. This was a replacement unit (original not purchased st Best Buy). The purchase and installation at B.B. was amazingly better.

Gary is a consummate professional and did a great installation for my Pioneer and Infinity speakers. It was a challenging installation that took a couple of visits but he made it happened. Thanks so much, Gary you rock! Frank and Magda

These folks were fantastic. Friendly, competent, and got me back on the road in less time than they'd anticipated. Clean install, and they didn't forget to plug the antenna in (like I may have done in the past, possibly more than once)

Isidro helped me out and he really went above and beyond. He helped me figure out what to order and even made suggestions. The install looks awesome. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at his job!

The agent did good on install. The unit itself is not compatible with Android. You also cannot access features on vehicle like clock etc..

They connected my radio and all the parts that came with it , everything worked great .

Had a Sony radio and back up camera installed in my 2004 Toyota Tundra double cab SR5 V8 by Josh in Gainsville store in Georgia. He did great job. BbBuy is lucky to have this young man

The agent was very personable and kept me updated throughout the process. It didn't end up working because he said there was a problem with the system I brought in. He put in the factory radio back in. The only problem I have is that the speakers on one side of the truck are not working so when they reopen, I will have to have it fixed by them. Until then, I am out of luck. I think checking to make sure everything is working correctly is pretty basic and make me question the entire visit and whether now he broke something and that's why the new system didn't work and the old one doesn't work right either.

After looking for years an never pulling the trigger, Rene not only made me very happy with my purchase, I felt it was the right radio and equipment for what I needed. He was thoughtful, helpful and only sold me what I needed. The installation how to use it afterward was amazaing!!!! Thanks Guys

The only issue I had was the surprise additional charges I received upon check out. I initially was told it would cost 64.99 but at checkout it was 200+ very disappointed that I wasn't advised ahead of time.

Looked around online and bricks and mortar stores before a purchased my car stero at Bestbuy to make sure I was getting the best deal and have a idea what price point to get a good value and quality . Not only was Best Buy of better value it was 20-25 % cheaper. The salesman was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

It was done in a fast-paced didn't take at all time to put in and install. The problem I have with it is that they only do the bare minimum and they need to tell people this. On top of that not all of my part of that came with the part I was putting in was returned back to me I was missing two things and never got them back

Manny installed my stereo and rear view camera. He did a great job with the installation and took the time to explain everything completely.

This system works perfectly! My husband needs lessons on how to operate it but he is learning. It is large enough for him to see clearly and it can be moved to keep from having glare and he loves it! Installer was fast and efficient!!

Our installer Greg Z was the best. He went above and beyond to ensure that the stereo was installed correctly. And corrected a fault from Columbus Audio on a remote start. Highly recommend Best Buy

The installed my entire kit in about 30 min. Even gave good adivenon how to use the factory dvd in my car.
