Helped exchange for different radio. Needed added feature so got better one. When doing so entire purchase showed up as 2 transactions not including ins coverage for month same as cash option.

everything went great! a plug in the back came loose and affected my mic, but it was an easy and quick fix. it simply wasnt secured in the back. Just dropped by the shop and Chris diagnosed and fixed the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. he really knows his shiz.

I bought a new car stereo at best buy, and I was offered a free installation. And they did great job.

The install was scheduled and I didn't have the correct pieces so I had to reschedule. The part was ordered but I had to call to make sure the part came in and schedule the installation. Nick told me 4pm, but I receivedd an email for 3pm. My husband rushed over and after the installation, the USB wasn't working. When he returned and informed Nick, it was suggested that maybe the stereo system didn't allow for a USB, that was an insult to myself and my husband who both read the product information, saw the option, and had a USB access cord. The technician didn't connect the deck properly in the back and that was the real problem. Installation 101, don't insult the customer and double check your work!

The physical installation was great. But the technician seemed to be unable to program Steering Wheel Control on the interface. After 2nd unsuccessful trip, I pulled the unit out of the dash and programmed it, no problem.

It took three plus weeks to get an appointment for the install of my car stereo. But I am glad I waited. The install was fast and professional. They even took time to show me how to operate and paired my cell phone to the unit. I was very pleased with their work. Thank you

While the installer was very awkward when answering questions, he was very knowledgeable about the install. Evidently wranglers, well all Chrysler products wires are reversed and when the radio didn't work its best he immediately knew why.

The agents were great at communicating, when shipping went arry and my radio wasn't ready by my appt time they agreed to squeeze me in next day when it did arrive and the installed radio looks and works awesome!

I ended up installing myself because the next available appointment was too far out. i guess offering free install looks great on paper but not useful too those that would like to enjoy their purchase

They installed my toyota camry JVC android auto installation and has been working flawlessly since then. The installation was professional, and they did it pretty quickly installation when additional parts were added without additional service charges.

Wow, looks like we installed an original radio in the 2006 Hummer H2. Technician even spent time and showed me how radio worked. Then he checked on what needs to be done for installation of backing camera. Just love this place and these people. They do a good job and in a timely manner.

Geek Squad did an amazing job on the radio installation, it just took a little longer than there estimated time, which can happen when they needed to remove so much of the car to get everything installed great
