We had a very positive experience with the young lady that installed our radio. She was very nice and helped us out with trying to navigate the use of the radio.

Install went smoothly considering the vehicle was a 1996 van. Installer was very efficient and worked diligently to make install look like original equipment.

Thank you to the guy who told me before installing that if I went through with the new radio with dvd hook up and back camera that I would lose my current dvd that was in my gmc

The agent who installed my in-dash navigator was very helpfull, he suggested what I need, and he return what I bought but don't need. I say he was honest, if he didn't return some items, I wouldn't even know. He work very fast and carefully.

I have had different Navigation systems in the past. This one is as good if not better. I have only been using it short time and will check for updated maps soon. Some newer neighborhoods not in the current installed map.

I went to best buy to get a brand new cd changer installed. The installer Britt Clapham was able to get it installed without any issues and mount under the driver seat.

So far satisfied. I was unaware of addons that were needed to makes the unit function with my factory set up in the steering. This may have made my experience better. I still waiting to install addons.

The audio technician who worked on my car, Jeremy from Auburn Bestbuy, is very knowledgeable on all aspects of installation. He was able to quickly fix a problem caused by a previous installer.
