I have took in 2 cars to get the stereo working proper they were not so good the first time and after that i got charged 120.00.so i thought it would have been free so i just paid it

The installation was efficient and timely. The installers stated Best Buy warrants the install and would correct any problems. The unit installed needs to be tweaked to perform better and we will schedule for this to be done.

The technician was extremely professional, courteous, and relatable. He was thorough in his work and very accommodating in reviewing the features of the installed device (stereo system in car).

The installers did a great job installing my new in-dash a/v receiver and backup camera, and completed the job in the estimated timeframe. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience!

Had a radio installed and it was done timely. Minor hiccup with a loose wire but drove the vehicle back and they took care of it immediately. Customer service was excellent.

I had a radio installed in my vehicle, and the tech was very nice, professional, and very informative. He even came out to my car when I picked it up and paired my phone (bluetooth) to the radio and showed me many of the features of the radio i didn't even know it had.

Installation is usually something I enjoy doing on my own, but the time was just not available. Found the deck I wanted on sale with installation included and scooped it up. Installers were kind and polite, and did a great job. Well worth the money!

I bought a new "head end" aka "radio" elsewhere and had Best Buy install it. (Best Buy didn't carry the brand I wanted.) They were very nice to work with and did a fine job. I was pleased with the work, the people and the price.

The Tech who did my installation was superb. I am not very familiar with car audio, he made recommendations of what would work well with a 2011 Camry. Incredible sound improvement and rear camera works very well. Put in a pioneer head unit, and Alpine speakers. Awesome.

Bought a stereo for my 04 Dodge ram pick up. Parts were ordered and stereo was installed in less than 2 hours. Installer then went over the operation of the stereo. Very happy with the installation and operation of the stereo.

The Best Buy technician that performed the install of the unit did a great job explaining how to use the unit once the install was completed. He was very professional and my car was in the same condition when I dropped it off. There was no trash left behind from the work.

The installer did a great job but the time estimated for install was way off. When sceduling the sales associate should have had an installer look at truck instead of a computer telling how long it would take
