The installation was timely and efficient. I was greeted at my appointment time. The installation was less time that was needed. The Jeep was as clean as I brought it in!

The install went smoothly and was finished well before the quoted time frame. The only problem was the ad price for install did not match the install price coming up on computer. That took some time. We ended up just letting them charge us their price BC we were tired of waiting.

Looks stylish and so better than my stock headunit.

Was originally told it could be up to a month to install due to Covid but got a call right away as some one had canceled. Installed in less than an hour. Installer was was super friendly!

The installer did a wonderful job. He was fast and efficient and went above and beyond what I even expected him to do. Walked me through the operation of the radio and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions.

OK these guys have got to be the best in there field. They were both very knowledgeable with the unit I purchased & explained it's capabilities to me in a manner I could understand. I would highly recommend the both of them.

Fast and efficient, Because I have an older truck he recommended we did not install the back speakers because he was afraid he would break the old plastic framing and not be able to find it. When I find the plastic framing Leo will install the rear speakers.

The Best Buy CD/Radio installers were very professional and friendly! They even suggested that I change to another brand of deck due to their experience with some problems with the one that I had purchased. Now that is incredible customer service!!!

The installer was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Scrathed a little bit of my nearby components but still fine. Helped me with other questions not directly related to the installed device.

Jay was so helpful in finding out a solution to my problem not being able to make calls because the other Best Buy technician at the other store forgot to hook up the mic for the phone. Also helped to improve my reception quality.

Daniel the tech who installed the radio , was professional answered every question asked , never once did he walk away or get someone else to handle it. The installation was pretty quick and clean . I was amazed how it looked in the car .

I am very impressed with my stereo system that I bought. It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t need much in the way of fancy gadgets and really just wants it for hands free calling and listening to music. Installation was quick and simple.

Fast service done right. Employee even caught that our first deck would not drive my son’s speaker system; would have only ran two of the four speakers. Simple fix but glad they caught it! Great crew in Champaign, IL.
