The Best Buy install team is terrific! Not only did they do a great job with my installation, but I've had "technical difficulties" a few times since the install and they're always helpful, even a while afterwards. Great customer service from them!

The car stereo installers at Beaverton Best Buy are excellent! Explained everything. Took time to warn me of potential problems and costs. Made great suggestions to deal with unforeseen issues that arose. Very professional.

Was originally told it could be up to a month to install due to Covid but got a call right away as some one had canceled. Installed in less than an hour. Installer was was super friendly!

James was ready and on time, he did a great job on the installation. I had a followup issue with the phone/radio voice dial. He tested my unit and isolated the issue to my phone. I took my phone to Verizon and it reset to the original factory settings. It works great now. Thank you.

Did great install on my CRV and showed me how everything works They have done several of my family’s cars always have taken good care of us. Only wish I would’ve waited a few weeks as they are running my deck on sale and free installation

The service was free with the purchase of the radio, all we had to do was purchase the installation tools, which were very inexpensive. The service was scheduled promptly. The installation itself did not take long and went on without a hitch.

Love that Geek Squad was able to install my receiver on the day I picked it up. They went above and beyond to help me.

I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS ON SERVICE at our Quincy Best Buy. Shawn was phenomenal and did an amazing service at a high professional level. Knowledgeable on the unit specific for our car and told us exactly what he was going to do before doing it. Amazing!

If you want something hooked up or done right they will make it sound great and do it right the first time

I got to install shop 1/2 hour early and the installer got to work on my truck 15 minuets earlier than my appointment after install, he explained how in work and helped me hook up my phone to bluetooth. Very friendly and polite young man

The installer did a wonderful job. He was fast and efficient and went above and beyond what I even expected him to do. Walked me through the operation of the radio and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions.

The installer was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. Scrathed a little bit of my nearby components but still fine. Helped me with other questions not directly related to the installed device.

OK these guys have got to be the best in there field. They were both very knowledgeable with the unit I purchased & explained it's capabilities to me in a manner I could understand. I would highly recommend the both of them.

The install went smoothly and was finished well before the quoted time frame. The only problem was the ad price for install did not match the install price coming up on computer. That took some time. We ended up just letting them charge us their price BC we were tired of waiting.
