After checking multiple options and other installers I chose Best Buy because of past experiences with them, Best Buy reps always seem knowledgeable and professional, I'm very pleased with the end product and the price was very comparable to other installers

The Geek squad installers were friendly, knowlable. Expalined the different features the car stereo had and showed you how to use them. The waitng room has free cofee and tv playing movies. I watched the latest Infinity War.

I had to do metal work on dash to get "adapter" to fit '88 Suburban. Guys let me work in their indoor bay for second session rather than go home and back to town - longer than it would have taken to do the job.

So the first time I went my usual installer was not there. So the first time I went I had to return because there was apiece of plastic sticking out. When my normal guy came back he fixed it right up.

Spoke to the technician. He told us when the installation would be done. We went shopping and the tech said he would call if there were any issues. No call, came back 45 min later and the car was done. He walked us through how to use the unit. That was it!
