The gentleman who installed this radio unit was very professional and courteous during the entire process. Prior to install, he explained the entire process, what to expect and was well within the projected installation time.

Very quick and easy they made they stereo super flush as if it was meant for the car

The install was cancelled, due to the cost of replacing the cables and wires to new radio being twice the price of a not totally inexpensive car stereo.

Better than I could have imagined ! FAST, FRIENDLY service. He even programmed the new radio using channels from the old radio. That was nice. Also, he set up the BlueTooth for my phone. GREAT SERVICE !!!

My installer, Dylan at the Joliet, IL location, was quick, professional, and did a great job. Although I may have been able to install my head unit myself, it was great to have someone do the hard work for me and not have to wonder if it was done correctly.

Quick and efficient installation. The tech was helpful and trustworthy. The only concern was the steering wheel controls were a bit different that previous stereo. Not sure if it was due to the stereo setting, or the technician wiring the buttons incorrectly. Minor nuisance I can live with.

The people involved in the installation were great . The 'adminstrative process" associated with scheduling , status, material ordering could definitely use improvement. It is not well documented and it involved numerous inter- department communication. It could be allot more customer friendly

I would definitely recommend having your car stereo or any other car install services completed by the guys at South Park Meadows. Danny did a fantastic, professional job and I would not hesitate in using this service again. Really impressed!

I wish they would have spent more time showing me how to us the unit. There is a lot of functionally and it’s going to take a while to understand it all.

I just had a cd player installed, the man was so nice, knew what he was doing. the price was right, cany beat this place, iwas treated so nicely. This has been my 5th radio cd player installed. thanks , best buy.

The installation was for a 20 year old truck and they made it look amazing. It was a great fit and completely updated the look of the dash. They were fast and took time to show me the features of the stereo after the installation.

The radio was installed correctly, but I had other questions about my system that they said they would look at. They didn't and when I asked about it they rushed me out saying they had other appointments.

The gentleman that install my new stereo did an excellent job make sure my antenna works properly and then took the time to get in the car and go over the complete operation of the equipment I couldn't be more satisfied

well what can I say where I live they are the best thing around if need in person help, over the phone just as good very knowledgeable almost as much as myself

They did an excellent clean install and then showed me how to work the unit. They will answer any questions you have and will take the time later on to help you if you have additional questions. So impressed!!!!
