The install tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The time I set up for the install was adhered to and done while I shopped for other things in the store. He also showed me how to use and program the radio after the install.

The install was cancelled, due to the cost of replacing the cables and wires to new radio being twice the price of a not totally inexpensive car stereo.

He started on time, worked quickly, and did a great job installing my wife's car stereo. He also took the time to explain everything afterwards. Very pleased with the installation.

The service and personal attention given to my installation of new sound system in my grandsons truck was the best..: plus now he call Best Buy his new super hero.. Thanks you guys

Unfortunately they couldn't get it installed in one day because the person before me basically ripped everything out. they had me bring it back another spent several hrs on had rewire whole system, no extra charge.

Had a special request on the install. Works great install was quick

When first getting my truck back the steering wheel controls for the radio had not been connected. The fix was easy and fast. Just was disappointed that I had to find it at all. Does work not get dbl check before it is marked completed?

well what can I say where I live they are the best thing around if need in person help, over the phone just as good very knowledgeable almost as much as myself

The installer was great. He explained everything, did an excellent job explaining how to work the equipment and did the job quickly and professionally. The equipment looks like it has always been there.

Best Buys service team did a great job. They fit my car in for installation even without an appointment in a very short time. It didn't even take them an hour to finish the job and I was ready to go. Great service. Thanks

Can’t say enough about the installation crew at Deptford Best Buy! The customer service and quality of installation were excellent and flawless! The guys in the Road Shop are top notch!!!

I wish they would have spent more time showing me how to us the unit. There is a lot of functionally and it’s going to take a while to understand it all.

The agents mounted my equipment in my car while I shopped in the store. They showed me how to use it. And later when I had a question, I dropped by and the agent came out to my car to help me.

This is the second we have had installed thru here, and they have been excellent both times. Very fast, and helpful in explaning what they are doing before hand and then went thru how to operate the radio before letting us leave.

I went in for a quote and they were not really busy so they fit me in and it only took them about 30 minutes to install and they pricematched so it was good value. Not to mention free install!

The tech installing the radio was great! He fit us in and got the job completed in the timeframe promised. Also told us they will remove the radio when we go to sell the car and install the old radio at no charge.
