The guys who installed my car stereo did a great job. They also took the time to answer all of the questions that I had :) It is great to have a professional do this, especially if you don't know what you are doing :)

My technician was great. He installed my new car stereo system and thoroughly explained every function to me. He also left my car as neat and clean as when I dropped it off. I was very impressed withthe excellent service.

I was very impressed and appreciated the service and support/guidance from the tech who did the installation. He specifically told me that we did not need a part that we thought we did, thereby saving us some money.

Project completed in an hour and a half from a stock radio to a great stereo radio. No comparison.

Our installer knew exactly what he was doing in the installation. Before the installation, he took the time to help us (being novices) shop in the store for the right deck for our vehicle. All around fine experience. Again.

My installer has done 3 for me now and his name is Victor at the LA Quinta Branch and he does AMAZING work. Clean work, explains, demos and has a great attitude.

One regret: Best Buy is closing local service centers in favor of regional ones. Fortunately, I will still live near enough to avail myself of future installation needs

The installer did a great job and went above and beyond. Im extremely picky and was very pleased. Wonderful customer service.

That's the part that sold me, being able to return it to Best Buy and have them remove your stereo for FREE when you feel like it, like say when you sell the vehicle, or you want to move it into another vehicle.

I was told it would take an hour to install my radio but it took 45 minutes to finish. After I was walked through how to work my system and the guy had already preset all my saved stations along with the time.

Not only did the installer do a great job and do it quickly. He was very helpful in showing us how to set up the blue tooth capabilities. Exceptional service...especially considering he was the only one in that department when we were there.

The agents were were very helpful and did a great job of installing the radio and hardware ... sounds great ... also explained how to connect phone to the Bluetooth part of the radio

Best buy has always been good with me when my product messes up. They either replace it or I'll exchange it for something better. Just pay the price difference

The tech good really good job installing I have to go back because some parking put on the dash but I haven't been notified on that yet but as far as the workmanship he did awesome job

The radio and system was a great addition for our teenager's first vehicle. The tech's were very friendly and knowledgable. The system and equipment is very nice and totally worth the money

We were very happy with the customer service experience and install, we had to change the time the day of the appointment and the staff was very accommodating. Service was fast and friendly and no hidden costs!

We've had several car audio installs by geek squad and their work is always great. No issues, I LOVE the fact that stereo purchases come with free install.

The guy at the Holyoke Bestbuy is the man. He really knows what he is doing, My new speakers sound great and my car was back better than I found it.

Installer was very good. He said it would be an hour and he was right on time. He took his time going over radio features and how to connect phone to the radio through Bluetooth connection.
