I have to say it was good customer service and the radio is ok and installation was quick

This is not the first time I have had an install at Bestbuy. Each time the service has been fantastic and the job completed when promised. No hesitation having them do more installs for me and my family.

Best Buy installed a head unit in my vehicle and it has been going great ever since. Will get them to do another install!

I bought a new deck, and a powered subwoofer for my dump truck. I thought the install might be a problem because of the space limitation in the cab, not so!! The Geek Squad did an awesome job!! Everything looks and sounds great!!

Friendly and professional service, my only complaint is that between the time I bought my new radio and speaker and the installation was nearly a MONTH. Need more people and more bays or shifts to cut that time down.

Initially I was going to install the stereo and speakers myself. By the time you take everything into account, it's well worth it to pay the installers at BB. Quick, professional job.
