The geek squad installed my receiver. Installer was very professional and completed the work by the estimated completion time.

The guys were great....not so much with interacting with the customers, but answered questions. The younger guy needed a bit more training when it came to knowing policies.

Did a fantastic job installing the radio and ensuring everything worked perfectly. Went over what they did and was very pleased with the service.

Was able to set up an appointment to have the install done. When the install wasn't going to go exactly as planned, the tech came and got me and showed me what the install would look like before proceeding. Awesome job

I recent purchesed a Kenwood car stereo at Best Buy. I decided to let the Greek Squad there install it for me. I was informed at the time of my purchase that I would need a n appointment for a paid deck install.The appointment and install went off smoothly and on schedule.

The installation which would have taken me five or six hours was completed in less than one. The tech also let me use his tools to disassemble the unit he removed so that I could retrieve the CDs that were stuck inside!

This was the third time I had Best Buy install a new radio in an older vehicle. Colby did an excellent job with great attention to detail and expertise.

The agent mounted the radio and made the necessary changes to accommodate our new radio. Second radio geek squad has installed and they do an amazing job!

The car stereo unit works great, and the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. My only regret is that I didn't also have new speakers installed at the same time.

The person having put me radio in was definitely knowledgeable and it showed when it was finished. He also explained and displayed everything this radio could do too.

This is just what I wanted. I've purchased Sony deck in the past so i knew what i was getting a high quality piece geek squad hooked me up no problems no wires showing everything done neatly Thanks

I was really impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the install crew at the Michigan road Best Buy. Called with any changes. Took extra care to install with the best possible aesthetics.

Technician was very experienced and professional, he pointed out features of the product he installed. He was much quicker that the "book" and did an excellent job. No mess, no fuss.

Dropped off my vehicle and went across street to pick up few things. Came back 30 min later and car radio was installed and ready to go. Great price. I will defiantly use the Geek Squad again.

This unit had good sound quality & was easy to have installed. The store did the install quickly & professionally at a reasonable price. Their staff went over the unit with me at time of pick up to show me all the CD/Radios controls and options.
