He was very helpful with helping me choose the right radio for me. I left my car there at Best Buy. They finished In no time. Installing the radio and microphone.

He took the time to show me how everything worked, helped me connect my phone, even set the functions on my radio (level of bass, set my radio stations etc).

The auto install professional was very courteous and professional. He was patient with me when I called with questions after I got home and was trying to adjust the sound settings on the stereo.

I had my cd receiver installed at a local Best Buy, the staff was extremely nice, even when the cd unit I brought in was faulty, they solved the problem and didn't charge me anything extra.

The geek squad installer was friendly and knowledgeable. The deck looks great and fits right in on my car. He even set up the audio for me and went over what the stereo does so that I would know how to use it.

The installers are great. Keep you informed at all times. Make sure you are refunded for any parts bought that were not needed. Great!

Once again the existing radio in my vehicle gave out and I was able to duplicate the replacement that I had installed a year ago in my other vehicle. So nice to have them work the same.
