He took the time to show me how everything worked, helped me connect my phone, even set the functions on my radio (level of bass, set my radio stations etc).

I had a head unit installed in my Dad's truck for him, and the man that installed it was great. He did it quickly, and then took the time to show my Dad all the functions. Wonderful service.

The radio installation was well manored, knew what he was doing. After the installation was complete, he took the time to help me pair the bluetooth to my phone.

The guys were great....not so much with interacting with the customers, but answered questions. The younger guy needed a bit more training when it came to knowing policies.

The technician was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. The install was good but took a lot longer than planned. Kept having customers with no appointment interrupting his work. Best Buy needs to have someone who can intercept the no appointment customers.

The Technicians got me in right away. My car was finished in a timely manner. The Younger Technician went above and beyond to help me find parts online that they did not have in stock.
