The online scheduling is what put it down to 4 stars. When I showed up for my appointment the technician was not there, he was at lunch. My appointment had not shown up until after he got back for lunch. He was very polite and professional the rest of the time.

Did a good job overall but was a little pricy. First Tech seemed to be pretty nice. Second Tech wasn't as much and I seemed to be a bother picking up my vehicle. Maybe they were having a bad day. Wasn't any instruction as to how to use any functions as well.

They didn't have the correct harness for my vehicles deck installation. I had to return a week later with the proper hardware after which the installation took about 90 minutes. Overall, I was pleased with the work they did.

Had a new stereo put in by geek squad. They talked to me about the install and fixed a couple issues after the install with no problems until it worked to my satisfaction. Used them again for my amp and speakers too.

Technicians were absolutely polite and courteous, went through steps to make sure that I understood exactly how to work the system and I was completely satisfied.

Purchased this for my daughter, fit perfectly in her car...Best Buy did the installation and did a very good job...Thanks Geek Squad!

the radio first off was a great deal buying installation on line was very complete install took less than an hour. Would highly recommend the product stare and overall experience especially fhe installation.

Tech's estimate of 30 mins to complete job was pleasantly incorrect. 20 mins was all it took and the job was perfect. All systems functioned as intended and my presets were done for me.

Did a great job and fast! They were done and explained to me how to use the equipment in an hour.

I had a head unit, and 4 speakers installed in my Ram. Had a small issue so had to go back a 2nd time. They fixed it with no questions asked! Hats off to Laurence!

We came in to buy a car stereo, asked if it could be installed and they had it all done within 2 hours of walking into the store without an appointment!!!
