Best Buy installed my car radio in less than an hour and did a great job. The installation cost was much less than several other placers I had gotten quotes from

the radio first off was a great deal buying installation on line was very complete install took less than an hour. Would highly recommend the product stare and overall experience especially fhe installation.

They were so nice and helpful. They also went and got a piece of equipment for my installation because I was sent the wrong piece.

Had the radio replaced in a 2006 Nissan pickup; new media player works fine, but installer left hairline cracks in the vinyl dashboard near the upper right and left corners of the dash opening. The installer did point this out to me, at least. Not much to be done about it after the fact, but that's why I paid Geek Squad instead of doing it myself.

Best buy is the best at offering installations for TVs are Car stereos you cant go wrong with this service and its Guaranteed!!

They did a great job but was disappointed that they didn’t connect the stereo system to the steering wheel for the volume and channel changing like it originally has.

The Geek Squad member was efficient and thorough. He made sure I understood everything and was satisfied before I left.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle, the installer came out to the vehicle in the parking lot with me. He showed me how to turn it on. He showed me the instructions. He did not show me how to operate it (i.e./e.g. tune it to the station I usually listen to) It was near closing time. When I started up the car and attempted to tune it in, I was baffled. I got out of the car and went back to the service door to ask for help. I could not see anyone inside or get a response. Somewhere in this process my car keys were lost/misplaced/fell out of my pocket. When I got back to the car I got the spare key out of the key box and drove home.

In the Lexington Park store they have one tech and his name is Matt. He is so knowledgeable and knows installation inside and out. He was a pleasure to work with!
