Received free installation with purchase. (Did see where hardware not included). I personally went to the store to make an appointment and was told "NOTHING IS FREE", that he is the only installer and it could take time. When I pulled up my order to show him what all I purchased and informed him what kind of vehicle it was going in so I could go ahead and get the hardware he was not helpful. He informed me again that he was the only installer and he was on lunch just come back when I receive my product and he can actually see what I bought. He also said that more than likely I purchased the wrong size speakers... Needless to say I'm not looking forward to going back. Still haven't made appointment.

Bought this with discussions with a geek squad member. Meet my needs and expectations. Toggling through the menu can be cumbersome but it gets the job done. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase at the value I paid for.

We have put 2 stereos in 2 different vehicles and on both occasions the guys have been great when answering questions and explain things easy to understand.

Timing was on schedule, took the time he said less than one hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot say much else but he did a good job.

Best buy install did a fantastic job on my car radio. I wish I'd have gone to them first, because they knew better than a car audio store what the issue is. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I can't remember the girls name who installed stereos in both mine and my wife's car but she did an excellent job.

Best Buy installer did a great job, very clean and timely. All parts from original stereo was saved and provided in best buy bag for retention and not mishandled at all. Great job done.

They had a cancellation the day we bought it and we were scheduled for a couple hours later. Installer was very efficient and very informative. Very friendly too.
