Geek Squad took care of everything that was needed by ordering the correct parts for installing my Pioneer radio for my VW. Didn’t take too long either, quick & easy.

Made it easy to set up my appointment, kept me informed through the whole process. Even came in to help me out just to finish the job in a timely manner. Great employee!

Install took about 1 hour. Install tech only work by appointment. So make sure you plan ahead if you are trying to get a radio installed for a road trip.

Have had some electrical issues on my center console (AC lights not lighting up) which I may be a loose wire from the installation. May have to take it back in, but otherwise the radio works great.
