This was for my son's car. The radio shorted out on my way home, but no worries...I called and was told to bring it back at my earliest convience and they replaced it.

The installers were knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to make sure we knew how to use the features on the new radio and told us to come back if we had any more questions.

Professional install as always. No issues and the system sounds great. Staff worked with me to get the best value and components to work together.

The guys in Short Pump were awesome! Install was done quickly, and they helped me find bulbs for the ones burned out in the dash - above and beyond!! Thank you!!

They fought all day to get my receiver in the dash working with all speakers on a 2005 Town and Country. Can't say enough about the guys who did the work. Glad I paid for this.

I have a 1994 Nissan pickup that needed the mounting unit for a new stereo. With the age of the truck, I wasn't sure if I would be able to get a new stereo installed. Best Buy did not let me down.

It has all the features I was looking for, and more. Blue tooth was important, but I discovered the USB input is used a lot for my personal music.

Other than the time that it took to get the installation scheduled, the install was quick and professional.

Over all I am statisfied with install, well worth it and the peace of mind. I do wish that hardware was included so you have a real overall picture of cost. My installation ended up costing me more than the deck itself.
