HAVING BESTBUY INSTALL ALL YOUR CAR AUDIO IS THE BEST WAY TO GO.THEY ARE EXPERTS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE 3 CAR STERIOS I HAVE PUT IN ALL THREE OF MY CARS

The technician who installed my stereo was excellent and very friendly. He gave great advice and seemed as tho he cared.

Installer was personable and completed install WAY sooner than expected. Also explained warranty and service for out of state ( car sent to son at college). Thanks

Best Buy was amazing. They did an excellent job installing my system, but more importantly, I thought my speakers were blown and they showed me it was my cable not my speakers.

The installer went above and beyond installing my car stereo. He had a kit that creates a shelf under my stereo and helped me find a better stereo than the one I bought.

Technician did an excellent and quick job. He also recomended I get 4 speakers which really make the 2001 Exterra sound great

The agent was very nice and helpful, he told me it might take up to an hour and a half but it only took about 30 min. Everything was perfect!

This didn't even happen and I felt I should still write a review due to how it was sold to me.. Went looking for a new car stereo and found one. Was told it would be a free installation and I'm not that familiar with car radio installs like most people aren't so I purchased at the register as I was told to do so. Was then told to go back to the car install area to schedule an install for the radio. As I arrived the person said not only he couldn't schedule me at all, to call back in 2 weeks so that he would be able to then install the radio 3 weeks later. That made a lot of sense.... Took the box home and YouTube was my best friend, did a professional install myself. Whether it was due to the "free install" (the install person did glance at my receipt and saw the $0.00 on it) or not, double-check on their schedule PRIOR to committing to buying it.

These guys took very good care of me. The product I bought with online expert was wrong...the gentlemen not only got the right product..they installed a system that is wonderful. Big thanks

I was surprised that BestBuy store had shop for installing radios in vehicles. Great shop and very knowledgeable installer. Didn't have to wait long. Good experience overall.

i installed a JVC stereo for my ford focus, overall its was good but i'm getting some noise because some screws were not tightened properly.

the service was great and they got my stereo installed in the time they said they would every thing works im very happy.

I really appreciated learning more about the product from the installation team member. He also fully instructed me on the use of the radio and accessories to consider.
