The Geek Squad dod s great job installing my car stereo. I am very happy with the job they did. Everything looks like it was always there.

The store agent couldn't set up appt. on the system. Had to call a differnet day to set up appt. Install was done on time. Had to return tho to get a wire reconnected behind the dash.

The technician was very good. Installation took less than an hour. I would recommend this superlative service to anyone!

Our car radio died and we bought a new one and had Best Buy install. They did a great job quickly and the tech took time to make sure I understood how to use and program.

Even though the appointment date was so far away the geek squad installed the radio and steering wheel controls in a matter of 15 mins and it was installed properly.

I have had two installs done by geek squad and I have been satisfied with both installs. They do a pretty good job. I just wish it was easier to make an appointment. I had difficulty speaking to someone.

Very quick install. Suggested I wait to hear it with old speakers which sounded terrible with original radio. Good call since the old speakers sound great with the new stereo.

The tech guys did a beautiful job installing my system. They even cleaned up the inside of my car when they were done. A huge shout out to them.

This didn't even happen and I felt I should still write a review due to how it was sold to me.. Went looking for a new car stereo and found one. Was told it would be a free installation and I'm not that familiar with car radio installs like most people aren't so I purchased at the register as I was told to do so. Was then told to go back to the car install area to schedule an install for the radio. As I arrived the person said not only he couldn't schedule me at all, to call back in 2 weeks so that he would be able to then install the radio 3 weeks later. That made a lot of sense.... Took the box home and YouTube was my best friend, did a professional install myself. Whether it was due to the "free install" (the install person did glance at my receipt and saw the $0.00 on it) or not, double-check on their schedule PRIOR to committing to buying it.

It's great this service exists. This type of labor is a dying art, and Best Buy (Geek Squad) pretty much have it down to a science. Be careful when scheduling an appointment be sure to book enough time for your job.

Second one done and it was expertly done and in a timely fashion. The sound quality in my Chevy is perfect. Great job.

Installer very knowledgeable about product. Wife hasn't had to read instruction book because the gentleman explained just about everything. Installed same day. Very pleased.
